Mikki shrugged, his hand brushing against Quill's for a moment, "Um… I dunno," He pouted a little in thought, "If you weren't here right now, where would you want to be?"
Mikki shrugged, his hand brushing against Quill's for a moment, "Um… I dunno," He pouted a little in thought, "If you weren't here right now, where would you want to be?"
“Probably my garage. I like it there,” Quill admitted, glancing down at where Mikki’s hand had brushed against his for a moment.
Mikki hummed softly in acknowledgement, nodding along to what he was saying, "You must really liek engineering then, huh?"
“Yeah. I do.” Quill turned his gaze to Mikki. “What do you like, then?”
Mikki shrugged a shoulder, "I love art, anything about it, really. And writing! I could spend all day writing stories."
Quill smiled at his response, practically in love with him already. His mind was screaming at him about different things - sometimes in Spanish - but he chose to ignore it. "Awesome. I can't do either of those. At all."
Mikki giggled softly and nudged him, "I'm sure if you practiced you'd be good at it. it took me a while to be able to draw more then a stick figure."
"Yeah, whatever," Quill joked, grinning to himself. "I would never have time for it anyway."
"I mean if you spent all the time in your garage then you wouldn't know, would you?" Mikki replied, grinning himself.
"No. I guess I wouldn't," Quill said with a shrug and a small laugh.
Mikki giggled, “Anyway, drawing is a good way to help destress after a day. It’s helped a lot.”
"Stress often?" He asked, looking curiously down at Mikki.
The small male shrugged, “I-I guess. With school and everything it’s hard not to stress.”
"Oh." Quill nodded a little. "That makes sense."
“Yeah, this holiday is kinda helping me destress.” Mikki sighed softly.
"That's good, then." Quill smiled reassuringly at him. Does this man know how cute he is?
"Yeah, and now I've got you to help as well." Mikki smiled up at him.
"Is that so?" Quill asked, slipping a careful arm around Mikki's shoulders. He would be quick to take it back if Mikki didn't seem to like it.
Mikki blushed a little, but leaned more against Quill, "I-I mean you don't have to stick around…" He mumbled, "B-But I won't be complaining if you do…"
Quill smiled a little at his reaction, keeping him close. "I think I'd like it if I did." He looked down to Mikki. "Would you?"
Mikki lifted his head a little and smiled up at Quill, “Yeah, I would.”
Man down. We've lost Vizcaino. Quill returned the smile, continuing to walk. I want to kiss him. But I won't. That's…that's too soon, isn't it?
Mikki rested his head against the part of Quill’s chest he could reach. Is he was being honest with himself he wanted to kiss the other, too.
((Random Q, but when is spider season in Australia?))
Quill held him close but gently, occasionally glancing down at him. He was very cute, he knew, and very nice to Quill.
(All year is spider season friend. You can’t escape them)
Mikki sighed contently, a smile gracing his lips. This felt nice, and he really liked Quill.
