I don't know, I was just inspired by the rp "Twitch" and that reminded me of that online streaming service "Twitch" which led me to this romance prompt that I made up:

Two girls on an online chatting service (I was thinking Discord?) incidentally meet, and they make small talk when they see the other is online or when prompted by a message "Hi" or "Hello." Eventually, over time they get closer and closer. One of the girls (I'm going to act her), whose real name is Lily but goes by the online pseudonym "Alyssa," is pretty lonely and wants to be in a relationship. One day, she sends, "Do you want to be my girlfriend?" after talking about how lonely she is, and the other sympathizes with her. When the other replies back, "Sure, I don't mind," 'Alyssa' is very happy. She quickly writes, "I know we don't know each other outside of [insert the name of the online chatting service], but did you maybe want to meet up at say, a Starbucks or something?"

So here are some of the requirements for the characters -
~ must be 15-20
~ have to be in the same country, state, or city (I was thinking Germany? Perhaps Munich…)
~ both have to be either bi or les

Alright on to the rules. Please, follow all of andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules, limited romance and swearing please, I don't have much experience with romance and I almost never swear. Swearing is allowed, but please limit how often you do so.

In addition, I'd like to add that I was thinking this could be a "chat"-style rp kind of thing, I'll show you an example. "Alyssa" will be in bold and the other will be in italics.

Lily sighed as she waited for a response. God, she was really lonely wasn't she? She needed to get out into the real world, do something. But… somehow she couldn't bring herself to do such a thing. Somehow everything was easier on the web.

And there you have it folks. So it could start off like that but you can add some commentary or description to help move the plot along. And yeah, I'm really hoping someone likes this idea.

Appearance: Aster has neck-length cut hair that's semi-straight- a bit wavy/curly. It has fading hair dye in some parts of her hair (blue and purple), but it's mostly hidden under her natural hair color, black. She also has bangs that can cover her eyes, which are a blue-gray. Aster has really fair skin- almost a vanilla-y color since she was never permitted to go out, even as a child. Has pouty pink lips (the upper lip a little fuller than the bottom lip) and a button nose. Dominates a natural rosy blush on her cheeks especially when she flushes from embarrassment. Two things to notice about Aster is that she has spider bite piercings on the right side of her lower lip and 5/8 gauges on her ears. (also, black painted nAILS-)

Personality: Radiates big chaotic energy like her brother and most of the time doesn't make good choices since she can be very impulsive. Takes on bets 99% of the time and will act really indifferent if she gets in trouble. Tends to pick fights with people who are homophobic or racist- just generally people who disgust her, she usually has a reason for picking fights though. Aster is really pessimistic but still finds ways to brighten her mood (by being a troublemaker). She's generally pretty extroverted and friendly unless you catch her with one of her brothers.
Other: Aster has a fully grown Mexican black kingsnake that she calls Leviathan

It was sent three minutes ago, and she was still trying to figure out a way to answer it. What should she say? She was doing okay? She was doing great? Or should she tell the truth? She was lonely? She wanted a girlfriend? In the end she settled on meh. Lily started typing.

Trippin'Fentanyl: and i'm bored right now, just came back from running an errand
Aster sighed deeply as she sent the message. Truth was, she was having a hard time. Her brothers were never home and neither was her father, so she spent most of the time alone in the cursed house.

She had resorted to doing other illegal activities when she felt bored or desperate to do something.

Lily had resorted to using "aha" or "heh" if she didn't know what to say. Either that or she didn't say anything at all. But she didn't know what to say most of that time. She stared at the message from Ash, or so she knew them as. Obviously they wouldn't be so dumb as to reveal their real name. Neither was she. She went by "Alyssa". Was that an indirect question asking what she was doing? Or how she was feeling? Maybe if she sympathized with Ash then the conversation would go somewhere.

Only awhile ago had she decided to pop into Ash's DMs, or Direct Messaging. So far they'd seemed nice. Maybe she could get a real friend out of this. I mean, it's not like she had any friends in the first place anyways. It was a good thing she was almost out of school.

Trippin'Fentanyl: mmm nothing much, just found some of my brother's cigarettes and now I'm taking them hahaha
Aster laughed at her own comment. She loved to mess with her bros, it was funny when they got angry. She would probably even consider replacing the cigarettes with a pack of gum.

Aster tried removing the snake around her arm since it felt a little heavy now, it had wrapped its self a while ago and now her arm was starting to become numb. "Oh, come on..!" She whined as the snake wouldn't budge. Leviathan was usually really stubborn when he found a comfortable place to rest.
Trippin'Fentanyl: what about you? been anywhere exciting? done anything interesting?

As Ash was typing the next message, Lily sent:

but Ash had sent the next message faster then Lily could type. Then after her computer, beeped, letting her know of a reply, she wrote:

Aster gave up trying to pry the snake off and clicked around on her computer. She had Tor running and had managed to get herself into the dark web- something her brother told her not to do, but Aster didn't really care for much.

Lily was already tired of the small talk. She wanted someone by her side that she could lean on. Literally. She rested her chin in her hands, staring at the screen waiting for a reply. After a couple minutes, she checked out a couple servers she was in. They were pretty active, but she'd given up long ago trying to worm her way in.

Trippin'Fentanyl: I don't actually go to school anymore, dropped out of the hell hole
was the reply Lily got back. Aster failed almost all her classes in the last year of the first semester. After that she had given up, resorting to doing stupid stuff with some of her friends.
Trippin'Fentanyl: where do you live? if you don't me asking, just think that maybe we could meet up or something, you seem pretty cool and i could use some company
Aster typed out, smiling at her response, not really sure if that was too fast of a move. Aster found herself regretting the message a few seconds later, thinking that maybe she should have waited, but for Aster, it was all or nothing.

Lily sent off a string of four messages in succession. She didn't want to seem too clingy though. A second later, she burst out laughing. "Oh what am I thinking, she's probably just saying theoretically. Like how some say they'll keep you company but they mean over the web," she told herself out loud.

Trippin'Fentanyl: oh, that's a long way- I live in France actually
Trippin'Fentanyl: though i wouldn't mind swinging by for a visit

Aster hummed happily as the conversation got somewhere with Alyssa. She hated small talk, it was uncomfortable and painful for her. She liked to get to the deep stuff- things like what made a person tick.

Lily replied back quickly, but she reread the first two messages of the most recent five. What - was Ash being serious about it? She couldn't tell, she was lonely because of her lack of interaction with others. There was a reason she hated school. There was too many people there, but even though she still lived with her parents, they were away most of the time, leaving her on her own.

Aster shook her head as she smiled and sent the message. She felt like she was being too straight forward with her replies. Maybe she should cool it down a bit.
Trippin'Fentanyl: definitely!

Trippin'Fentanyl: but what about you? got any companions?

Her eyes widened at the next message sent. Rejected? Oh no, that's not what she meant at all!

She rushed to type in the messages, she didn't want to upset someone! After all, it wasn't her fault she'd basically had zero social interaction. Right? Or maybe it was her fault, for not getting out as much as she should. To distract herself from her negative thoughts, which she had a lot, she focused on answering Ash's question.
LesSinglePringle: As for the question, well, I wish I had a pet.
LesSinglePringle: So that's a no on my end.

Trippin'Fentanyl: ahaha, i'm messing with ya! lighten up a bit, yeah?
Aster sighed of relief as she took it a step back. Why was she already hitting on this girl? If she even was a girl that is. Anyone could be pretending to be anyone on the internet. Though that wouldn't explain why she was instantly attracted to this person. Maybe she was just a 'hoe' like her brother Jack had put it.
Aster sighed sadly.
Trippin'Fentanyl: aww man, sucks, you should meet my little guy snake, he's a real cutie, bet he would love ya
Trippin'Fentanyl: also, sorry for startling ya like that, didn't mean to, just got a little excited at the idea of meeting someone in a different place

Lily didn't really believe Ash, but she went along with it.

She shuddered slightly at the notion of having a pet snake. Wouldn't a pet snake just strangle her to death or something? She was glad she didn't have a pet snake. But, having a pet would be nice. She would get one if money wasn't an issue around here. At least her parents were home long enough to pay the bills.

To be honest, she barely had a social life, if talking online to people she'd never met before, to people who she probably didn't even know their legal name counted.
