Rolling her eyes what up against the edge of the roof "son of a bitch. "

She wrapped her arms around her stomach and squeezed her eyes shut

Jo, for the first time ever, listens and actually shuts up, mainly because he gagged like he was about to start puking.

Nikki covered her mouth when Jo gagged "don't throw up, I swear if you throw up I will too. "

Jo doesn't respond, he's busy stumbling to his feet and running to the edge to heave the contents of his stomach into the alley.

The bourbon wasn't any better going up than it was going down.

Nikki closed her eyes and tryed to ignore the sound "don't throw up Nikki don't throw up please. " (she has Emetophobia :D )

Jo finishes that up and collapses to his knees, staying at the edge in case he needed to puke again.

Nikki is curled up in a ball in the corner her breath shaky and panicked "fuck god please not now, "

Jo looks back and wipes their mouth on the hem of their shirt, then walk over take ahold of Nikki's hands.

"Sorry. I know you have an aversion to puke in general." they say gently.

"It's fine don't apologize it's not like you did it on purpose, I'll be fine. " she looked up at him and gave his hands a gentle squeeze

Jo tuts softly.

"Sweetheart, I'm apologizing. Just enjoy the moment."

"Yeah your apologizing for no reason. " she said with a half smile

"Hey, it's still rare enough to be a miracle."

Jo gives Nikki a look of grave offense.

Nikki laughed a little a the face he made

"You are though. "

"I am not! And stop laughing, I'm not funny! I am evil, I am a bastard! I am not funny!" Jo says, his face a little red.

Nikki couldn't help but laugh and then she stopped almost instantly, "move." She spoke quickly and stood up running over to the edge of the roof and puking over the side of it

Jo growls playfully at the laugh but stops when Nikki pukes.

Nikki has her head hanging over the the edge of the roof her breath shaky and her eyes closed "fuck… "

Jo takes a few steps towards Nikki and gently rubs her back.
