He gave a little hum, leaning into the kisses. It felt good, comforting even. He gave a sweet and happy sigh as his neck was kissed at. "Don't stop." He whispers. "Feels nice."
He gave a little hum, leaning into the kisses. It felt good, comforting even. He gave a sweet and happy sigh as his neck was kissed at. "Don't stop." He whispers. "Feels nice."
King paused just a moment before kissing the skin once more, "If that's what you want love."
He nods slowly and holds his hand gently. This was nice. This morning, having the other close to him, feeling those soft kisses along his neck. It made the world feel right.
King continued to leave soft kisses on Colby's neck. He never wanted this morning to end.
He hummed happily, pressing soft kisses to the side of his head. "Mmm… god I love you." He purred softly.
King hummed in light agreement as he glanced up at Colby, "Love you too."
He chuckles and presses slow and soft kisses along the others neck, moving closer.
King stopped kissing Colby's neck letting Colby return the favor.
Colby gently pressed soft kisses along his neck, pulling King closer so he could have more access. He hums in content, glad to have King so close to him.
King tilted his head so Colby had the best access to his neck. He let himself melt into the moment.
Colby slowly ran his hand through the others hair, pressing his lips against Kings for a moment before returning to placing sweet and soft kisses along his neck.
King let out a content noise before he could hear a faint buzzing in the background. He let out a long sigh knowing that the moment had finally been broken.
He paused the moment he heard the other's phone going off, tensing a little bit and sighing as he rests his head on King's shoulder. "Do you have to go?" He whispers quietly, kissing his lips gently, holding onto him tightly.
King gently kissed him back before slowly starting to untangle himself from the other boy, "I have to. The sooner I go, the sooner I can come back to you, darling."
Colby slowly let go of his beloved King, gazing up at him sadly. "Just come home to me safe, okay?" He wraps his arms around the other and kissed his cheek gently.
"I'll do my best," King gently kissed Colby's forehead. He grabbed his phone to check the alert before going to get his hero costume so he could quickly get to where the villian was causing havoc.
Colby smiled at the kiss to his forehead, squeezing his beloved's hands before watching him go get ready. He sighed heavily and ran a hand through his hair. Quitting as a villain is simple, however, a new one always pops into place. Replacing a genuine hero like King… Was hard.
King hated having to leave Colby this early, but his duty called. Literally. He made his way from the mansion to the villain's location and grimaced once he caught a glimpse of what he was up against. This wouldn't be a quick fight to say the very least.
Colby was always anxious whenever King had to leave. He had Angela on speed dial, had medical kits set up all around the house, had the tv on the news to keep an eye on the fight, pacing and cleaning, and cooking. He always did this. It had begun to worry Pax, and Colby was slowly getting worse with each fight. Each fight had him biting his nails, his eyes glued to the tv set.
King had felt like this fight had been going on for hours. He hadn't had any time (or energy) to restock his crystal supplies over the past few days and was now running low on the last few low powered crystals. He would probably start having to use his own elemental power, and that wasn't going to be fun. Pain flared up in his abdomen as he took another hard hit from him being distracted from his thoughts. He grit his teeth ignoring the pain, as he went to try and get a counter strike against the villain. At least the civilians were safe, all that was left was damage control.
Colby watched the fight on the tv, his eyes widening, his heart racing. He knew that King was low on supplies, knew that King was taking on more than he could handle. Pax was holding onto him tightly, his head buried into Colby's shoulder. He had to go and help King. He had to- but his powers weren't at their top strength, there was so little he could do to help, and it scared him. "Pax… lets go get everything ready for when King returns…" he needed to get his little brother's mind off what was happening, he needed to get his mind off it too.
The fight ended unceremoniously. The villain having a large number of burns, but the amount on King's hands was the same. He went into the alleyway where his bike was located unsure if he was in good enough condition to drive himself. He was going to try anyway just needing to get back to Colby and Pax. He swung his leg over the bike and winced before starting it up. He kicked off and his vision almost went back from the force of driving, just fuck. He needed to get back quickly.
Angela was already at he house when the fight was over, Colby was pacing and ready to cry. He was so worried about his boyfriend. So worried that he wouldn't come home safe. He had tried to stay calm but he had broken down towards the end of the fight. Angela was preparing the medicine and medical kit. He wanted to help somehow, wanted to save him. He inhaled shakily.
King barely made it back to Colby's house. He dismounted from his bike and began to make his way towards the entrance. The world swayed with every step and after his fifth step, it started to go dark. The next step he took he missed and ended up beginning to fall to the ground unconscious, burned, and completely drained.
Colby rushed out the door the moment he heard the sound of King's bike. He noticed how King tilted and he rushed forward, catching his boyfriend. "Shit, baby-" He whispers softly, kissing his forehead. He gently picks the other up and carries him into the house. "Angela!" She nods and waves him over, gently helping him set King on the bed in the master bedroom. Colby hurries outside of the room to grab the medical kit from the living room.
