Cameron smoothed his hair back some more, which stayed down quite easiy despite the rush. He rolled his eyes at her fingers, moving out of th bathroom and shutting the door.
“We could’ve at least waited until everyone was gone.l
Luca pouted, not liking that Cam was ignoring her request to be touched. "True, but I wanted tea…and food. Sex takes a lot out of me. Aren't you starving??"
Cameron took off his shirt and shrugged lightly, tossing it onto the bed. “Not really. I’m kinda used to not eating. Anywho, do you have any of my clothes in here?”
Sol strode up to stand beside Casey. "No problem," she answered. She turned to Samuel. "Hello, I'm Sol, pleased to formally meet you." She waved rather than extending her hand to shake. "Your name is Samuel, right?"
(lmao Luca is the best and so is Cam)
Sam waved back, hesitantly at first. "Yeah, but please just call me Sam," he replied, forcing his body to relax. "Nice to meet you too."
"Too bad he's not my type," Luca sighed stretching like a cat to take the cup. "I bet a romp in bed with him is like bedding a hurricane." She snorted and gave Casey an apologetic smile. She would never say the words "I'm sorry" out loud, Casey knew that she never would honestly mean it.
Hey y'all just remember this convo that literally happened the same day they slept together.))
Cameron took off his shirt and shrugged lightly, tossing it onto the bed. “Not really. I’m kinda used to not eating. Anywho, do you have any of my clothes in here?”
Luca frowned for real now. Worry nagging at the back of her mind. Why is he being so aloof now? "Well that's going to change. I'll make sure you eat." She sighed, giving up on him coming over to her. She stood, stretching as she took off the shirt she had borrowed for a moment. "Here. Take this one. It's the only one I have for now. Did–did you want to put some of your clothes in here?"

(Luca is a skilled liar, darlin. They are criminals after all. Why you gotta call my bb out like that?)
Sol's formal facade broke and she started smiling. "Hey. Chill, man. We're not gonna kill you. Wait, did you hear the yelling earlier? Is that why you look tense?" She asked.
Cameron meandered over and took the shirt. “Thanks.” He glanced down at her, raising his eyebrows. “What's wrong? Did I say something wrong?” He detected the look of disappointment on her face with a furrowed, upset brow.

I just gotta, fam. You know Sol will too.))
Sol's formal facade broke and she started smiling. "Hey. Chill, man. We're not gonna kill you. Wait, did you hear the yelling earlier? Is that why you look tense?" She asked.
Sam fidgeted, tugging at his sleeve. "Partially. I'm just nervous about meeting everyone."
Sol nodded. "That's understandable. The yelling earlier was just Luca telling me she would maim me because she didn't want me to realize she slept with Cameron last night, so they're in Luca's room right now talking… hopefully." She eyed the door to the bedroom. 'Communication is important in any relationship. ANYway, that's the kitchen." She led Sam to the kitchen. "Help yourself to food whenever you want it. That's my coffee maker, that's where the tea is kept, drinks are in the fridge…" she led him to the living room. "You've already been in the living room, so you should know it by now. We all have our own accounts on Netflix on this TV and Hulu, so I guess we'll have to get rid of Lane's and make one for you, we can do that in a bit." Sol glanced at Sam. "Any questions at all?"
Sam smothered a wince at the overload of information– specifically the unneeded one concerning sex, he didn't know these people, after all– but nodded. "One. Lane was your last hacker, correct? What–" Here, he hesitated. "What happened to them? Why am I here instead?"
Sol winced. "Lane– he– I don't know, honestly. He was with us yesterday then he was gone, just like that. His room's been cleaned out, so it will be yours. It's that one." She pointed at Lane's old room. "Mine is that one, that's Casey's, Luca's, and that one is Cameron's." She pointed to each one at she listed them off. "By the way, I'm the muscle of the group if you couldn't tell."
Samuel nodded, sensing that it was a somewhat touchy subject. "I'm sorry. And yes– I could definitely tell that much."
Cameron meandered over and took the shirt. “Thanks.” He glanced down at her, raising his eyebrows. “What's wrong? Did I say something wrong?” He detected the look of disappointment on her face with a furrowed, upset brow.
Luca shrugged, watching Cameron with her expert eye. "Nothing is wrong, you just seem…Different." Realizing she was just standing there in her shorts and bra, she turned away to her closet to pick out her own shirt. She opted for a big cozy Harvard sweatshirt, that she stole ages ago. "Did I do something to upset you?" She asked, still not facing him.
Cameron watched her walk away with a totally confused expression. What the actual, honest, fucking hell is going on????
“I-… okay? Sorry?” He watched her slip on a sweater with a plummeting feeling in his tummy. Something was totally wrong.
Luca was royally screwing it up already. Oh lord, spare me from relationship drama. Finally she plucked up the courage to say what she needed to. "You don't…regret what happened, do you?" she had turned back toward him, but was continuing to look down at the ground.
Cameron awkwardly forked his shirt back on, messing with the edge of it.
“N-no… I don’t.” He could say that for a fact, at least. He enjoyed spending that time with her.
Surprised, Luca blinked up at him. "Then what's wrong?" She tugged on a few curls, biting her lip. She'd never felt so insecure about herself before. I swear to god, if I'm just imagining something wrong, I will lose my fucking mind.
“Nothing,” Cameron admitted softly, glancing up for her eyes. “I just got startled. I’m okay.”
(Oh you poor awkward children

Luca's blush seared. OH MY GOD Luca, you IDIOT. "O–oh." She said, looking like she wanted to disappear into the floor. "Tha–That's good. Perfect. Yea." Then like the idiot that she was, she gently barreled into Cam's chest, holding herself tight against him. She mumbled a sorry into his shirt, mentally screaming at herself for being so lame.
