"Oh, we shall," O'Hara purred, leading Finn out the doors and into the cool night. "The park is far enough for a drive, don't you think?" she asked, making her way to a sleek black car parked along the curb. She waited patiently as the driver came out and opened the backseat for the women to enter. O'Hara nodded her thanks and entered the car, sliding across the seats to make room for Finn.
Finn admired the sleek car, smiling when the driver came to assist them. "Damn…" she thought aloud, graciously making herself comfortable right next to O'Hara. She smiled up at her, leaning back as she gazed out the moonroof above. "This is nice."
O’Hara grinned knowingly and slipped her hand onto Finn’s thigh, just above her knee. Not too promiscuous for a first date. “Ah yes, well, I told you I have a nicer car than most people.” She winked knowingly as the driver got back in.
“Where to, Dr. O’Hara?”
She looked over at Finn. “Did you want to go to any specific park?” she asked with a soft smile.
Finn shrugged, shivering at the feel of the woman's hand on her thigh, still inches away from being too provocative, thank god.
"Any park will do… though I guess I love Edmund's park best." She smiled, her face only recovering slightly from the blush
“Alright then.” O’Hara turned to address her driver. “Edmund Park.” The car started, and the driver pulled out. “And take your time,” she added, glancing over at Finn with a knowing smile.
"Will do, Dr. O'Hara," the driver replied.
Finn smiled, chuckling at O'Hara's look as she settled comfortably into the lavish leather. "Eleanor…" She muttered, still in between soft laughs
O'Hara's reaction to Finn calling her by her first name was visible. She flushed brilliantly, straightened in her seat, and inhaled sharply. "H-How do you know my name?" she asked quietly. It was the first time Finn had ever heard the doctor stutter.
Finn smiled at the stutter, glad she wasn't the only one who got flustered from time to time.
"It's written right there. See? Eleanor O'Hara." She pointed to the dash where a few of the registration papers poked out.
The girl chuckled, sitting back and gazing up at the doctor. "I like that name."
O'Hara's heart was involuntarily racing, and she worried that Finn would be able to hear it. She looked down at her with a soft gaze. "Really?" She fought to keep her breathing under control. "No one has called me Eleanor in…" She bit her lip. "In a long time."
Finn grinned genuinely, putting an arm around O'Hara's shoulder while she kept their eyes locked. "Of course." She muttered softly, leaning more on her almost enough to feel the strobing beat of her heart. "Really? No one has called you your first name in a while?"
Calm DOWN, Eleanor, she told herself. "Yes. When I told you earlier that none of the nurses or doctors I work with call me by my first name, I meant it." She offered a fleeting smile, but it was just that – fleeting.
Finn pulled back, aware of the emotions playing across O'Hara's face. Was it fear? Embarrassment? Finn quickly looked at her hands as her own heart started to beat. Did I make her feel like that?? "I-I-I'm sorry. I wont call you that ever again- I just…" She pressed her lips together. "I'm sorry…"
"No," O'Hara whispered softly. "I… I quite like the way you say it." She lifted her hand to Finn's chin and tilted her head to face her. "And if you're the only one who calls me that, then it's special," she remarked. "Please don't be upset. I'm sorry I made you upset."
Finn turned her gaze back up to O'Hara, the streetlights passing by casting soft shadows on her elegant features. Finn let her head be held by O'Hara's gentle hand a small smile appearing where there was fear as she nodded tenderly. "I guess so… And perhaps, you could call me Elouise."
She sighed, looking down as she receded from O'Hara's touch. "No I… I'm not upset. I just thought I-" She let the sentence die as they continued down the dark streets. "Eleanor…" She repeated, barely a whisper, smiling a bit.
O'Hara smiled earnestly. "I will call you Elouise, if you like." Then, as the girl said her name again, she felt chills shoot up her spine, and she shuddered. "That name is like a different side of me," she murmured, shaking her head. "A side I never thought I would get to acknowledge again. But then I met you." Her eyes shone with an emotion the doctor hadn't allowed herself to feel for quite some time. Hope. And dizzying attraction to the beautiful girl in front of her.
Finn blushed more, the warm feeling blooming across her face with every word the woman spoke. Everything she said was a beautiful song, a siren's melody pulling her in. And she never wanted to leave.
"Im glad…" She muttered, leaning on O'Hara. "I like you like this."
O'Hara didn't even notice her driver had put up the divider between the front seats and the back seats until the lock that kept it from falling back down clicked soundly into place. She gave a small smile and sighed as Finn leaned on her, missing soft touches like this. She hadn't experienced them in a while. "Hmm? You like me like what?" she asked curiously, reaching up to brush aside some of Finn's hair.
Finn's eyes widened at the sight of the divider, knowing they were truly alone now. She stroked O'Hara's arm, closing her eyes as she relaxed into the woman's touch. "I like you like… Eleanor… my Eleanor." She mumbled, opening her eyes to look into O'Hara's
O'Hara had never blushed harder in her life than she did in that moment for Finn. She smiled and looked down into Finn's eyes. My Eleanor. The words melted her instantly, and without hesitation, O'Hara leaned down and captured Finn's lips with hers while she pulled Finn completely against her so that their bodies were flush with each other everywhere they touched. She kissed her hungrily, needy for the touch and the affection and the love she'd been deprived of for years.
Finn was shocked, shocked by the fact that she had made such a confident woman blush. Shocked that those words even tumbled out of her mouth. Shocked, by O'Hara's intimate reaction.
Finn let out a soft sigh, wrapping her arms around O'Hara's comfortable frame, returning the kiss with the same level of passion, of hunger, of want.
She knew exactly what the woman wanted, giving it to her. She owed everything to her.
O'Hara's hand slowly slid up Finn's thigh as she kissed her. The touch was gentle and light, not meant to be too provocative for a first date, unless it was what Finn wanted. O'Hara continued to pull Finn closer, even if it wasn't physically possible, she wanted to feel every inch of this girl's body. Maybe she had saved Finn's life earlier today, but now, Finn was saving hers.
Finn's breath hitched, putting her hand over O'Hara's as she was pressed even deeper into her warm skin. She let herself be O'Hara's, indulging in every kiss and melting at her touch. Her hands slid up and down O'Hara's curves, memorizing every inch.
O'Hara relinquished a soft moan from low in her throat. After a moment, she pulled away so the both of them could catch their breath. "What did I do to deserve you?" she mumbled, her eyes darting between Finn's eyes and lips. The hand on Finn's thigh slid around gently, though it didn't creep up any higher. "Although I wish we'd met any number of different ways…"
Finn smiled gently, her blush returning as she leaned against O'Hara. "Deserve me?? You saved me… I wouldn't have it any other way." She casually pulled O'Hara's hand higher, shivering and suppressing a sound at the feel.
O'Hara smiled softly and took the liberty of gripping the space between Finn's thigh and her hip. "I said what I said, but saving your life was a definite bonus." She bit her lip and scrunched her nose sweetly.
