Cat finished her water. “Yea uyeah yeah I’m fine,” she said standing up. She stumbled slightly but then stood upright.

“Okay. Let’s head up to your room, then.” Echo stood next to Cat, picking up her arm and draping it over her own shoulder to support her weight. “I’m going to need directions, though, since I am new here.”

Cat moved her arm back to her side. “I can walk on my own,” she mumbled. She stepped forward but seemed fine.

“Alright then, if you say so,” said Echo, a note of warning in her voice. She was still prepared to catch Cat if she fell, however. “Would you mind telling me where we’re supposed to go?”

“2nd floor 3rd door to the left,” she said. Walking out of the garage. She was swaying slightly and obviously still tipsy but she was staying upright.
