Wolf smiled and sat next to Bridge, opening up his arm and inviting Bridge to snuggle against him. "Yeah, she is," he said.
Wolf smiled and sat next to Bridge, opening up his arm and inviting Bridge to snuggle against him. "Yeah, she is," he said.
Bridge did just that, leaning against Wolf's chest and resting his head against his collarbone with a small, content sigh.
Wolf smiled and pressed a kiss to the top of Bridge's head while he wrapped his arm around the other boy. He loved how cozy Bridge was, and he was just so cute.
Bridge blushed a little, turning to kiss Wolf quickly. He really couldn't help it, he was just so kissable.
((sorry, yesterday was hectic and the heat over here was just making me feel blah))
Wolf chuckled and pressed his face against Bridge's cheek, a smile still lingering on his lips. It slightly fell, though, when he let his mind wander. However much he enjoyed being with Bridge, they were still in a not-so-ideal situation regarding the apocalypse. They wouldn't be able to stay like this forever, cuddling and being lazy.
((You're fine, :) it's rly hot here too))
Bridge gently ran a hand through Wolf's hair, tilting his head. "Is…is everything okay?" He asked softly.
Wolf was silent for a few seconds, thinking over how to phrase his words before speaking them. "At the moment…yes," he said slowly, unconsciously leaning into Bridge's hand in his hair, "I love you and I'm so happy we met, but…this world we live in…" he trailed off with a heavy sigh.
"It's…not good," Bridge finished simply, his golden eyes seeming to lose some of their sparkle.
"No, it's not," Wolf whispered, seeming to wrap Bridge even closer to him as he closed his eyes. It was hopeful wishing, but he considered the possibility of other places being normal.
Bridge rested his forehead against Wolf's, sighing softly. "It…we could stay like this, but it would be hard."
Wolf hummed his agreement. "I'm not leaving you, though," Wolf said quietly, but it was still a fierce declaration.
Bridge smiled a little, kissing him quickly. "Thank you," He murmured in a small voice.
"I love you," Wolf hummed in response, holding Bridge close and kissing his nose.
"I love you too," Bridge said softly, blushing a little and leaning into his touch.
((i honestly don't know what to do from here))
((idk maybe have her come back?))
It wasn't long after that when Cinthia showed back up, wordlessly slipping into the apartment with a bag filled with the stuff she'd need to make the pizza.
Bridge looked over to her, blushing a little bit as he sat next to Wolf again, smiling a little bit with mild embarassment.
"Continue whatever it was you two were doing," Cinthia said as she headed into the kitchen with a lazy wave. "Unless anyone wants to help?" She looked over her shoulder and rose a brow.
Bridge shook his head softly. "I…I wouldn't know how. Sorry."
Cinthia nodded and smiled in farewell, then continued to the kitchen. Wolf watched her go, then rested his head on Bridge's shoulder and closed his eyes.
Bridge sighed softly, leaning back against the couch and putting his hand up through Wolf's hair.
Wolf hummed with the feeling, smiling slightly and leaning even more into Bridge's touch. "I suppose I can savor this peace and quiet for a while."
"Me too," Bridge murmured quietly, resting his head gently on Wolf's shoulder.
Wolf kept his arms around Bridge, tucking him close but still keeping his grip loose. He faintly heard Cinthia working in the kitchen, but he focused on the warmth coming from Bridge.
