No response.

"Connor?!" Raven was more worried now.

Still – nothing.

"CONNOR! COME ON!"

"Connor, please. I need you. You're all I have left."

He laid motionless.

Raven grabbed his cheeks and pumped magic through them, trying to wake him up.

Nothing happened _{Right away.}

"COME ON CONNOR!"

Slowly, he started to breathe. It was small, quiet breaths at first.

Raven noticed this. "Connor?"

His eyes flickered the tiniest bit. It was working.

"Come on…"

Slowly, his eyes opened all the way. "R-Raven?"

"Connor!" Raven yelled happily.

He smiled weakly. "Hey."

"Dammit you scared me!"

"You scared me too," he mumbled. "No more scares?"

"There was something in my head, and I couldn't get it out."

"Is it out now?"

"I think so. I still feel residue."
