(k you want me to go or…?)
(nah i guess i can .p.)
(Ok)
(Um)
(Okay then guess I'll start -_-)
Axtin wiggled against those pinning him down to the ground. Sure, he wasn't the best of people, but that was no excuse to tie a man's wrists and ankles with such tough rope! "You gentlemen don't have to do this, really. I could offer you something in trade for my freedom!" the man said, keeping his tone innocent. There was no way he was about to beg or plead to the bastards who seemed to enjoy what they were doing.
"I could treat you to a drink perhaps? And maybe a stay in a nice hotel together-"
At that moment one of the men around him dug the toe of his shoe into Axtin's side, causing a hiss of pain to come from him.
"Ain't interested in fuckin' a hoe like you. Plus, yer in the situation yer in because you didn't stay true to yer word before!" another said, voice slurred. It was obvious at least half of them were drunk or high. A growl escaped Axtin's throat. Formalities were nothing for these losers anyways. They were a bad sort like himself, though Axtin liked to believe he had a bit of a better chance at heaven than they did. Just because he was cocky like that. Suddenly, he felt himself being lifted and taken through several back allies.
"Aw, you guys! You like me enough to kidnap me. I knew you couldn't help it," Axtin teased. The men just chuckled darkly amongst themselves, not saying anything further no matter what he said.
Then there were trees and fresh dirt of the forest floor.
"A little nature walk? How nice," he said. It was likely they wanted to kill him, ditch him, or both. Perhaps rough up his good looks before the final blow.
After being carelessly set down, the men all had their knives out, pointed at him. Axtin simply grinned, looking at each and every individual around his stiff body. His wrists and ankles were definitely sore, limbs feeling heavy. Julius Caesar style murder, hm? Thinking himself funny, Axtin raised a brow before asking a single question: "Et tu, Brute?"
One of his kidnappers - murderers? - grew impatient and ran straight for him. It was too late though. Time had already slowed for the so called victim, a foreign tongue coming from his lips. It was no spell, but a summoning. He'd be sure to smile when he watched these men scream as they either died or ran away crying. Either was good enough. He had summoned a literal hell spawn. A contract demon.
(Jeezus christ I can't SLEEP???)
Zackary was sprawled out near the edge of the city in which he lived, opening his mouth in a wide yawn that showed pointy, shiny teeth. He was curled up, enjoying the moonlight. He purred suddenly and started rolling around on the rocky surface of the roof of the building he was on, only to get interrupted by a call. His body perked up and he sat up, his large wings shifting. He had large, black Angelic wings that were shivering slightly.
Once he was sure the call was for him, he stood and leaped off the edge of the building, only to catch himself with his wings (but barely), the appendages tucking in close to his body once he spotted the opposers to his caller. They reeked of alcohol and drugs. He attacked one full on, his slim form hidden as he tore apart the man with his bare teeth. He spun off the man under him and attacked another who were too stupid to realize that there was a Demon nearby and murdering their comrades.
Once most had fled or was killed in a flurry of a bloody mess, Zack stood off the ground, licking his chops with a too-long tongue. His light brown hair shone in the moonlight of the trees, which swayed above them peacefully now that all of the noise had died down. He had left one– the Human who called him, and was tied up and smirking on the ground. He turned towards them, stalking to them to untie the ropes, almost completely silent after his attack, apart from the noises his arms and legs made.
(dude sorry I'm gonna be gone all week I'm so sorry)
(awww)
(gonna reply while I can tho)
Axtin smiled pleasantly at the demon striding towards him. He hadn't expected the demon to be so handsome. His hair was a lighter shade than his own, and appeared quite soft. Axtin wanted so desperately to run his fingers through it. All the more reason to hate the ropes still around his limbs. The man wasn't the type to be able to keep his feelings hidden very well.
"My, aren't you lovely to look at," he said, attempting to sit to make the restraints easier to cut. Licking his lips, he studied the other walking towards him. It would be much better to stand and look him over. Though the view from below wasn't bad either. The blood on his hands made the other man a bit more attractive. Ruthless and beautiful…
The fact that he was a demon didn't stop Axtin from wanting to feel him up and whisper sweet nothings into his ears.
(Lucky for you I’m up late.)
Zack grunted as he kneeled down at Axtin’s side, flipping him over onto his chest and placing a strong knee down on the small of his back so he could rip and tear at the ropes. They fell away, and Zack stood, huffing and sticking his hands in his pockets. He didn’t quite like this Human. Definitely not the expression he was getting from them, either.
“You can get up, now,” He responded in a flat, emotionless voice, his eyes no longer gleaming from the mirth of his hunt. He ran a finger over one of the many scars lining his thin, long face, wrinkling his nose just in the slightest down at the Human.
“Also, do you want anything else? I was kind of busy—“ Not being evaluated by a Human.
(ffffffff i was lowkey hoping u went to bed so i could sleepppppp but o well)
(hehehehehe)
Axtin let out a small cough at being handled so roughly. He wanted to grumble to himself about being tossed far too much for his liking, but refrained from doing so. As soon as the weight came off of him, Axtin rolled onto his back before sitting up. He narrowed his eyes, a tad annoyed before rubbing at his wrists. The dull tone in the demon's tone really didn't help. Not that he expected it to be cheery and happy. Axtin rolled his eyes before shaking his head. "Lighten up and take a compliment," he said, crossing his arms. Noticing Zack's expression of slight disgust, the man pursed his lips. "Man, you're really a ray of sunshine aren't you?" he asked sarcastically without expecting an actual answer.
“Definitely. Can I go? You can find some other Demon to look over, right?” He asked rather sharply, his eyes slitted into thin chips of gray. He was half-tempted just to turn his back and fly away again, but he wasn’t permitted to do that unless the Human that called him was satisfied. Which he could tell this Human had something of a bone to pick. Zack crossed his arms and leaned against a tree with a huff, pointing his chin up to look at the gloomy sky. It was going to be a wonderful use of his time. Absolutely amazing. He was so excited.
"Go do what exactly? Sit on a roof somewhere doing nothing?" Axtin asked, bitter that the summoning hadn't resulted in something pleasant. Thinking about it, he really didn't care anymore. "Never mind. I was going to thank you, but I'd rather you just leave if you're going to be an ass," the man said, looking at his shoes. He moved to stand, but winced at the pain in his side. There was likely a bruise there. Frowning, the man finally stood. He'd have to find some place to stay. It was a pretty good walk from the small woods area to the city. Eyes tired, he began to walk, not caring about what the demon did or said.
(Ok Zack has 2 choices)
(1. not be an ass and help which probably isn't going to happen)
(2. flat out leave and Axtin realizes his money was stolen and just goes on a roof to sleep but that's where Zack's hanging out)
(or 3 make something up and we just go with it)
Zack's wings shivered as they spread out, and he started at a run, his wings flaring out and smacking the Human to the ground. It hurt quite a lot, being hit to the ground by a giant bird-like wing, but by the time Axtin had looked back up, Zack had already returned to his roost a few miles away, grumbling about Humans and disrespect. He should have never answered that stupid Call. It was pointless most of the time.
Let the Humans like that get killed by somehow more sensible ones, mum always said, Zack thought as he relaxed with a small yawn.
(I am sooo unused to writing pissed Axtin lol)
(dooooooo it)
(I am but warning im rusty)
(meh it won't last long just wing it lol)
Axtin glared up at the sky, flipping the other off, even though he couldn't see him. "Fucking ass hat…" he muttered, groaning as he stood again. Usually the man was fairly calm and collected aside from having a large ego. Now however, he was pissed. All he had wanted tonight was a drink and perhaps a date if he was lucky. Tonight he had been dragged out of the bar before even having a single beer, tied up, called a hoe, kicked in the side, thrown to the ground twice, and knocked over by the being supposed to help him. That demon was far more than just a dick. Kicking a rock with the toe of his shoe, he continued walking back to town. Seeing lights in the distance, he dug around in his pockets. Axtin began using every swear word known to man. His money was gone as well. Tired and in pain, the man glanced around for a low enough fire escape. Finding one, he didn't smile as he normally might have and shimmied up the ladder. After about 5 stories of stairs, Axtin pulled himself up onto the roof and let his body collapse tiredly.
Sadly fate wasn't finished with him. He noticed a dark black wing out of the corner of his eye.
"Oh for fuck's sakes-"
