Name: Kyle Trelor
Age: 17
Gender: male
Sexuality: bi-sexual
Appearance: black hair that's kinda a mess but also tamed at the same time, big sea green eyes with golden flecks, pale, 6'2, fairly muscular build/defined muscles even though he doesn't work out that often, generally wears jeans and a plain shirt although loves to wear NASA t-shirts, glasses for reading and close up activities which are black framed with some silver marking along the side. Many, many scars line his back so he doesn't go swimming or do any things which would require it to be off.
Personality: kind hearted, caring and loyal to his friends and people he holds dear to him, can be a little over protective at time but tries not to be, sarcastic at times or when he's angry or upset, the former doesn't happen very often and he tries to ignore the latter. Comes off as shy and reserved, maybe a little cold but it’s a defence mechanism that he uses.
Backstory: Abusive father and his mother left him and the family when James was little so he never knew he but dislikes her for leaving him with his dad. Family life as such isn't great and tries his best to not go home as much as possible so he doesn't have to deal with his dad and his girlfriend who, also takes pride in her boyfriend abusing his son. It was raining, again. It lashed harshly down sideways as Kyle walked down the street hurriedly, already drenched from head to toe as he made his way home from school. He had no money for the bus and he couldn’t be picked up so he’d resulted in walking only to be met with raining cats and dogs. He sighed, trying to find some shelter in the down poor.
Conner sat at his computer, the quiet lashing of rain against his roof a nice ambiance as he wrote. his slender fingers seemed to fly across the keyboard as his thoughts appeared on the screen in front of him. One hand flicked up to push his glasses up as they began to slide down his nose, but it didn't break his concentration
Kyle found a small overhang of a house to hide under, hoping the blasted rain would pass sooner or later. He ran a hand through his hair to remove it from his eyes before he wiped his face in his sleeve, “Just stop raining already….” Not that he wanted to go home, but he wanted the rain to stop.
Conner looked up for a moment to admire the rain and saw a figure by his window. The man frowned and stood, grabbing his coat from the bed and putting it on. He walked down the hall and to his front door, unlocking the double bolts and opening it, "Who's there?" he called, raising his voice over the downpour
The voice made Kyle jump and he turned to see who had spoken, “Oh, s-sorry, I was just trying to get out of the rain for a little while. Sorry if I was trespassing or anything like that…” He replied, rubbing his neck nervously.
Conner sighed with relief, "No, it's no problem," he assured the unfamiliar man, "Here, come in. Get yourself warm," he stepped back from the open door to let him in
Kyle swallowed and seemed hesitant but he nodded and did as he was told and took a few steps into the house, “Thank-you.” He said quietly, relishing in the small warmth.
Conner closed the door and took off his coat, tossing it on the couch, "Come on in," he said, "Let me get you some dry clothes," he went to his room and grabbed a pair of sweats and a larger shirt along with a towel. He walked back out and tossed him the things, "Bathroom is the first door on the right," he said
Kyle nodded and gave the guy a small smile, “Thanks again,” He headed off to the bathroom but stop and said over his shoulder, “I’m Kyle by the way.” And he quickly went off to change before he dripped over the floor any more.
Conner watched him leave before returning the room, closing his computer and tidying up a bit before going to his extra bedroom, making sure it was fixed up. After a moment, he paused. What the hell was he doing? His mother had always told him he was too kind… oh well, Kyle seemed like he needed help. Conner sighed and turned, walking out of the room and to the kitchen, waiting for Kyle
Kyle quickly changed and stuffed his wet clothes into a spare compartment in his bag. He’d dry them later. The shirt was slightly too big but he didn’t pay notice too it as he walked back out, searching for a few minutes before he found the kitchen, “You never gave me your name.”
"Conner" he said, looking up, "Conner Effiat. You're welcome to stay here for the night." he said, putting away some dishes
Kyle quickly shook his head, “I-I shouldn’t. Thank you for the offer though, Conner but I really should go once the rain stops…” He bit his lip and looked out the window with a frown.
