So… I'm going to see End Game soon and just want a cute gay romance thing before my death, please. I don't have an ideas right now, obviously we could do soulmates I dunno, something cliche but if you have an idea then speak up.
Literally open to anyone as long as you an write more then a sentence per response.
I'm so in for the gay, dude lol
Litty mate, you got any ideas?
Well ya mentioned the soulmate thing, so there's that. But honestly no ideas because my brain isn't great at ideas atm
That's a mood. We could always do the soulmate au where when you draw on yourself it appears on the other person? They could be at school or something and get paired for an assignment, or one has to tutor the other and they figure it out?
Yeah sure, unless you wanna do it blind. I'm fine either way
Me too but uh… let's just go templates.

Sorry this took forever, had a busy day and night yesterday and couldn't get to my laptop. Ready to start?
It's alright! And yeah would you care to start?
(Of course!)
The day was dark and dreary, as expected for the middle of winter. The cool wind rustled the bare trees and Kai was glad if he extra layers he had out on today. School was one place he dreaded. He hated the people, the teachers, the work, everything but he guessed it was better then being home and having to live up to his parents unrealistic expectations. One thing they were pressuring him about, was his soulmate. Every time the topic arose he cringed and left the room. Yes he was curious as to who it was and wanted to know but then again, he didn’t want to get his hopes up and then have them broken. Besides, it was a big world and they could be anywhere, they hadn’t even told Kai who they were or where they lived yet, meaning his hopes were slowly dwindling.
Michael looked at his hands. Nothing. Disappointed but not surprised. There were so many days when he thought of making a mark, seeing if he could get a reply, but as soon as the thought crossed his mind, the anxiety of it would twist in his stomach. What if the other hates me? What if it's not legitimate? What if my soulmate realizes what I'm actually like? Thoughts would race and Michael wouldn't bother trying to beat them. And of course, there were all of these people who asked him and he'd have to smile and say 'not yet'. Every. Single. Time Michael tugged at his own jacket as a breeze blew and walked to his first class.
The first class Kai had was probably the most boring of all, maths. He was of average intellect, passing his classes with a C+ at most but maths he had always had trouble with. Maybe it was because he didn't pay attention, normally drawing in his book. Today, though, he was so caught up in his own head, he didn't realise he was drawing on his arm instead of his page. Small, black circles and other geometric shapes covered his forearm and wrist and he noticed after it was too late.
Michael looked around the room again and again, not for any particular reason, just because he was bored. Math was one of the subjects he actually understood. Numbers made sense. There wasn't opinions in numbers, just facts and figures. Michael looked down again at his own work and saw on his wrists, a few shapes appear. Wha…? He quickly grabbed his pen and scribbled a quick hi?? hoping for a response.
Kai blinked at the word that appeared, heart already speeding up. He collected himself before he responded, Hey there, sorry, didn’t think about what I was doing. He wrote, referring to the shapes that were no doubt covering the others wrists, too.
Michael couldn't believe what was happening. It didn't seem real. His face broke into a small grin. why the shapes? he scrawled onto his own arms that, sure enough were appearing on another's across the room. Michael didn't know that, of course, but the mere thought of someone being his soulmate was exciting to him, Exciting, but terrifying.
Bored. Maths is boring and hard. Kai tried his best to remain calm, but couldn’t. He was smiling for the first time in a while and his anxiety was through the roof but for a good reason.
(apologies for the lack of response my mental health is just….)
Michael almost laughed out loud. He probably would have, had the teacher not been staring at him. i like math he wrote. Everyone thought it was weird, but he was good at it. maybe i can help? If this person was really his soulmate, he wanted to help him in any way he could. His anxiety made him fidget excessively in his chair and thoughts raced around in his head.
(It’s okay, your mental health is more important)
Nah, it’s okay, thanks for the offer though :) I’ve got the hang of it I just don’t want to do it. Kai knew he was probably going to run out of space on his arm sooner or later and he couldn’t write with his left hand to draw on his right.
running out of room. how will i contact you?? Michael wrote. Their conversation had taken up most of his arm. And he wasn't sure that he could write on the other legibly at least.
Here's my number (Insert phone number here) send a picture of the conversation so I know it's you. And then he ran out of room, much to Kai's disappointment. He could try his other arm but it wouldn't make any sense. Lucky he got his number down.
Michael looked at the number and took his phone out to put it into a contact when he realized, he hadn't gotten a name. Aw crap. He just put it in as soulmate and added the number onto his phone. Right at that moment, however, the teacher noticed him and coughed slightly. Michael put his phone away and turned his attention back to his work.
The class ended not too long after, and class not long after that, either. Kai headed to his locker, checking his phone more then he should have been. He bumped into multiple people because of this but he didn't bother to apologise. Not when he knew his soulmate had his number.
