((No you aren't. You haven't really gotten to know her much, remember?))
"See, you're getting it." He laughed lightly, as the elevator doors opened, and helped support her as they headed into the hall.

(I should've known her name tho)
Robin shook her head mockingly. "So what's your name?"
"Matte, Cantor." Matteo said, flashing another smile. "Most people call me Matt though."
Robin smiled in return. "Matt. That's a nice name."
(Ship song: Walk Me Home by P!nk?)
((Sksksksk honestly yeah))
"Seems pretty generic to me, but thanks. My twin's named after a goddess, can you believe?" Matteo laughed, shaking his head as he dug around his jacket pocket for his keys.
(I know!! XD)
"Not surprised when you look like you do," she replied softly, still a touch hungover. OhmiGod… No. Tell me you're not flirting with him right now. You just got out of an abusive relationship! How do you know you can trust him?!?
"Are you calling me, or my sister hot?" He asked, raising an eyebrow in amusement as he pulled out his key ring, stopping in front of a door.
Robin bit her lip to keep from smirking. Damn her. She got all of this from him. "I think you know which."
Matteo shook his head, grinning as he unlocked his door and was greeted with a loud meow. "Yeah, yeah, I know. Things ran late man." He said, directed at the black cat seemingly trying to trip him up as he helped Robin through the door.
"Oh, cute!" she enthused, trying not to step on the cat as she walked into his house.
"Don't say that out loud, she'll hear you, and her head'll get so large it won't fit through the window!" He said the last bit in a raised voice, shooting a look at the cat. He led the way to the couch, helping her down onto it, and the cat immediately hopped up to paw at her knee curiously.
Robin smiled. "She have a name?" she asked, giggling at the cat's curiosity.
"That's Chainsaw." Matteo called, already slipping off into the small kitchen. He was visible over the breakfast bar, digging around through cupboards and then the fridge.
Robin wrinkled her nose. "Chainsaw? You couldn't come up with anything better?"
"Okay, rude." Matteo huffed, obviously not too upset. "I named her after a character's pet from a book series."
She tilted her eyes. "Get over it. And that's more understandable."
"It's a good name either way." He huffed, followed by muffled cursing as he stubbed his toe. "Where did that counter come from?"
She laughed. "It's been there, stupid!"
"Rude!" He continued to grumble as Chainsaw crawled up onto Robin's lap and curled up. Eventually, he came out with a glass of orange juice and a bottle of Advil.
Robin smiled and stroked the cat gently. "I think she likes me!"
"Huh. She normally doesn't take too kindly to people as a whole. Count yourself lucky." Matteo said, setting the glass and bottle down on the coffee table in front of her and plopping down into the one armchair.
"Very," Robin replied with a grin, but it fell from her face as she realized how untrue that was.
"Drink the water, and take the Advil." Matteo said, giving her a small smile. "If you're hungry, let me know. And the bedroom down the hall, on the right two doors down, is yours for tonight."
Robin shook her head playfully. "I won't move. I'm not going to loose the trust of this cat."
