(That's really OK!)
A sweet smile sat on her face, and she looked up at him. She was unphased by the ruffling of her hair, and she just let him do so.
Her dark gaze was focused on him, and him alone. 'If only I could talk to you.' She wished, giving him a longing look. His gentle words put her at ease, and she knew she was in good hands. If Ryuu trusted the other boy, she would too.
The longer she was quiet, the better she began to feel. Nothing was locking up, or heating up. Things were beginning to run smoothly once more. 'Maybe the other boy can make me talk.' She hoped, tracing the wrinkles in his sweatpants.
The room was quiet besides Ryuu's voice every now and then, and she felt like a delicate creature. She felt he was treating her the same. Yet she didn't really mind it. She liked feeling like something more than just nuts and bolts. She felt special.
(Honestly, this is making me think of Peter Pan and Tinker Bell-)
(I’m going to wait until i get to my computer and I’m able to type a decently long post. I’m so sorry though and ill post hopefully tonight)
(Oh, that's fine! Take your time, I was just double checking aha)
After a while of basically talking to himself as he usually did, Ryuu turned his head to the boy jumping through the window and falling on his face stupidly. Laughing, Ryuu stood and helped him up.
The pale boys face as red as a frikin tomato from embarrassment, he sat on Ryuu’s hardwood floor with a big box. How he got up to the window with that in the first place was a mystery to all. Or at least Ryuu.
“Alright… what’s up?” Min-Hyuk asked him, rummaging through his box of tools, electric crap and a whole bunch of other seemingly useless thingy ma jigs.
“She cant really move that well and uh” Ryuu looked back down at the girl, forgetting she was actually a robot for a second. The people who made her did a good job.
“She overheats whenever she talks. See they’re not made to talk. They never have and so i think its a bit much for her system? Oh i dont know anything about mechanics and whatnot” he buried his freckled face in his hands, fingers tangling in his curly hair.
“Okay.” Min edged towards her with absolutely no hesitation. He was a rather shallow person who didnt even really care about animals much. The only reason he was helping his friend was…well because it was his friend. Not because he cared about a lump of steal and bolts.
“Do you think you can help?” Ryuu asked kneeling down to the girl, giving her a reassuring look.
“Yeah… how do you turn it off though? I dont think i want to open its chest up with it looking at me” he says glancing the body up and down.
“I-uh… i dont know. Wait, you’re not going to hurt her are you!?”
“Nah, its fine. It wont feel anything.” He waved it off.
“It is a she by the way” Ryuu crossed his arms stubbornly. He did care about her and it was obvious.
When she heard the thud of the other, she snapped her head in that direction immediately. Only have caught the tail end of the situation, she felt a smile growing on her face. It wasn't exactly funny, but only slightly amusing.
And to her, it seemed she wasn't the only one who thought so. Ryuu had laughed, making him smile. Which made her smile. Whenever he was happy, it made her feel something. Happy is what she was assuming.
His smile faded though. And once it was gone, hers' was gone as well. 'Is it my fault?' She wondered, lowering her gaze to the floor. They were both looking at her now, and that worried her. But she decided listening to their words would probably explain what was happening.
As their conversation came to a close, her face turned to Ryuu. He was kneeling besides her, with Min in front. Min's next words, completely terrified her. Her dark eyes grew wide, and she tried to back up. But she was cornered against the bed and she had Min in front of her, and Ryuu besides her.
This was too much, she didn't like the sounds of any of this. Though hearing Ryuu's concern, she felt a little better. At least he cared about her well being. Of course, no one really knew what was going on with her. They didn't know she had feelings.
How could they? If she never talked.
Her dark eyes flicked back and forth between both Min and Ryuu, knowing they were going to want to shut her off. If they could, she had no clue. She never remembered being shut off. But, of course she wouldn't.
It should be obvious to her, she had to have been shut off at least once before. There had been times she was in one place, and then was in a different the next second.
Whatever was about to happen, she hoped it would happen quickly.
Soon, after a bit of searching for a button, or anything to turn her off temporarily whilst reassuring her that it was going to be okay and she's gonna be back in no time, they finally spotted something.
A small button in the back of her neck. It was one screwed in deep so she wouldn't accidently get turned off, so they used a small screw driver to push it.
Ryuu gave her a smile as he held her hand before she went off, then Min went to work.
He was quiet unless Ryuu talked to him, talking to himself a lot though. After about 3 whole hours he stepped back. "and…. Done!" he raised his arm in victory. "nice!" Ryuu stood excitedly.
Ryuu then knelt back down and pressed the power button.
"she should be able to talk perfectly now. Along with some other more human things. I don't know" he shrugged, talking was the main thing he was focused on.
Her eyes snapped open, seemingly a bright blue color. Slowly they shifted back to their normal, dark brown color. The AI looked in between the two, as if she thought they were crazy. Maybe she did, but she wasn't sharing that thought.
The robot was still quiet, her face hard and expressionless. Nothing could be read off of her, she wasn't allowing it. All of this didn't feel right to her. It was just… wrong. Both Ryuu and Min watching her. "What?" She asked, realizing she had spoken clearly. It hadn't been difficult in the slightest bit. "What did you do to me!?" She asked, rather accusingly to Min, standing up off the ground.
Her head was spinning with thoughts. Her face displayed excitement, but her tone said disgust. How was she suppose to know how to talk? She had never done it before.
