«Situation»

One day, your character found a golden letter on their doorstep. Reading its contents, it seems like they have been invited to spend your vacation in a mansion faraway from the ever so busy city. There’s not much else to the letter than the terms: Only a selected few have been invited to our lovely place.

Little do they know, they were in for one hell of a ride as the mansion was also the hideout of a cult who believed human blood and flesh could bring, to them, immortality. There was really no choice for your character but to accept the invitation and head to the mansion. Let’s see who will win this game of hide ‘n’ seek that will last three days and two nights.

«Your Character and Template»

You can honestly be whatever kind of character you’d like to be. However, this roleplay does exist within the “real world”. By that, I mean no magic abilities but that doesn’t mean your character has to be extremely weak. They would die immediately if that’s the case.

Let’s go over somethings first…

• Rude words. Swear words. Go ahead, completely fine.
• LGBTQ+ is accepted.
• Try to reply with detailed… well, reply.
• There will be some scenes which aren’t exactly family friendly whether it be explicitly sexual content, messed up ideas like pedophilia and necrophilia, gory scenes like decapitation, etc. If you can’t accept any of that, for the love of everything that is good, don’t join.
• I will be playing the several cult members and will be the one keeping track of the time within the roleplay as it will play an important role within the story.

Name: Tori Yamaki

Appearance / Clothing: Tori has short black hair in a pixie cut, with the edges dyed bright green. Her skin is pale white and her eyes are a deep brown. She has a small frame with a pinched waist and long arms. She usually wears a black tank under a dull orange hoodie, and gray jeans. She has worn blue tennis shoes, and one ear is pierced with a small black ring.
Personality: Tori is usually very outgoing and cheerful, but she can be cold and can destroy somebody with words. She's clever and is a good strategical thinker.
Fears: Spiders, insects in general, the death of her loved ones
What did they pack?: Tori packed a change of clothes, a toiletry bag, a camera and a journal.

Name: Amyr Bathory

Age: 22

Appearance / Clothing: His eyes are large and have intense lavender irises. They glow in the dark and the pupils are a dark grey colour instead of the typical black. Amyr's hair is jet black and very shiny. It reaches all the way down to his lower back. A section of the front of his hair is tied into a ponytail the falls back into the rest of his hair, exposing his ears. He's a tall dude, standing at about 177cm tall(5'10") when he stands straight up anyway. He has a natural bend to his legs, giving him the appearance of being a few centimeters shorter than he actually is. He is very thin with almost no muscle. He has a defined jawline and overall kind of spidery features. He has a light scar across the front of his throat from a time when he almost lost a "duel" against a wild dog from his neighbourhood. He was younger then, much more hotheaded, and thought he could take on the world. But he does regret it now. Due to this wounding, he has slight difficulty doing small tasks such as eating and drinking, though he was barely lucky that none of his veins were slashed during the incident. Amyr typically wears a lot of black and green. Particularly emerald and jade green. He wears loose-fitting hoodies and blue jeans. The hoodies are most often black or green and almost always have some type of lettering or design on it. He also wears multiple gold rings and a necklace with a jadestone in it.

Personality:He isn't quite outgoing, but he is no lone wolf. He makes his best effort to get people to brighten up and get along, but he is no peacekeeper. He has a sometimes dark sense of humor but always does his best to keep people entertained and to get them to stick with him. Amyr refuses to quit when situations get tough and will see his goals through to the end, success or failure. He's a total dreamer, but sometimes unrealistic. He tends to get wrapped up in his own fantasies and dwells on the past a bit too much when taking. Amyr likes making jokes sometimes; however, when he does, he can be a bit insensitive. He generally never means to hurt anybody's feelings but it just ends up that way sometimes.

Fears: Aerophobia (the fear of flying in planes, helicopters, etc.), gerascophobia (the fear of aging)

What did they pack?: Spare changes of clothes, toiletries, a bag of beef jerky, his phone, and a first-aid kit just in case.

Name: Tarantella "Taran" Hunt

Age: 21

Gender: Female

Sexual Identity (Optional): Bisexual

Appearance / Clothing: Taran looks like she doesn't belong on earth. She has long silver hair, dyed of course, but it was originally black. Her skin is very pale, almost white, and at times makes her look like she's a vampire. She has high cheekbones, plump lips, and a straight nose. She is beautiful, but gives off a stay away aura. She has deep gray eyes, which, framed by her long black eyelashes, looks more silver than gray. She wears as little makeup as possible, because, with her sensitive skin, it causes her, more often than not, to break out in a rash. She is curvy and slender, and about 5'6''. She has a tattoo of a howling wolf on her collarbone, and a tattoo of a serpent weaving around her back and abdomen, all the way to her shoulder, where its head comes out on her left shoulder. She keeps her nails long, and will paint them with black paint. She doesn't take care of her hair, and so it usually sticks up in all directions unless she tames it into a ponytail. Both her ears are pierced, two on each side. Her entire left arm is made of metal to the shoulder, and has many types of special gadgets in it. She will usually wear sweatpants and long sleeve shirts. She doesn't really try very hard with her dressing, and it shows. She looks like she's in constant disorder and disarray, and can look more like a hurricane than anything else. She doesn't wear fancy clothes if she can help it, but she will change her clothes ever so slightly when she's going out. She always has a gloves over her left hand, to hide her metal hand.

Personality: Taran is like the weather. She can change in the blink of an eye. She can't control her emotions very well, and is rarely logical, unless she's talking to people who just need to grow up and stop being overly emotional, or stupid. She is kind of arrogant, and hates to talk to new people, or to make friends, and comes across as a very mean, arrogant glacier. But with her friends, she can be a goofball, cracking inappropriate jokes and playing games and being idiots with them. She is extremely loyal, and if someone hurts one of her friends, she gets pissed, and will literally blow apart the world. She has a sharp mind, perfect for pranks, and many people have been at the butt-end of her jokes or pranks. She has a huge playful streak as wide as the ocean, and everyone who knows her well enough is wary of it. She loves to argue, and has fun in debates, and tends to be pretty good in them. She knows exactly what to say to people to make them feel better, or tear them down, and she is a master at bullshitting her way out of things. She is incredibly lazy, and rarely does her job, until the last minute. She is a terrible procrastinator, and knows it, but doesn't really care anymore.

Fears: Being left alone, too much quiet, new people, work, being wrongly accused of things, heights

What did they pack?: Some changes of clothes, a knife that she always brings, some toiletries, her phone, stuff for cleaning and fixing her metal arm, a rope, a few horror novels

Name: Jesse Bow

Age: 21

Gender: Male

Sexual Identity (Optional): Bisexual

Appearance / Clothing: For the most part, Jesse looks like your average college student. He has medium-toned skin dotted with a few freckles across his nose and cheeks, curly bleached blond hair (though one can see his natural dark brown roots), and an infectious smile. He wears a pair of black, wide glasses that make him look sort of bookish. He’s average height and skinny, standing at about 5’ 8”. He usually wears some sort of combination of a t-shirt, jeans (or sometimes plaid pants if he’s feeling stylish), and either sneakers or combat boots with his favorite bomber jacket. He always has a few minor cuts and bruises because he’s always doing dumb things (and he bruises like a peach), but they’re usually not noticeable. He also always carries a pocketknife.

Personality: Jesse is very much a people person, and is happy to meet new people and talk to them (and flirt). That being said, he isn’t always the most trusting of people either. He usually tells the people he meets surface-level stuff until they get to know each other better. He’s also quite observant most of the time, and hides his intense curiosity with friendliness. He is also very bookish and intelligent, and knows a bunch of completely random facts. He has his own moral code and sticks to it, though it might be hard for others to know what exactly his morals even are sometimes. He’s also extremely sarcastic and uses dry humor as a cover-up when he’s nervous or upset.

Fears: His loved ones dying (especially if he is powerless to do anything), being alone, being responsible for something horrible happening, tight spaces

What did they pack?: Jesse is a bit of a survivalist (and also someone who enjoys fixing and making things.) He brought along a backpack with some of the things that he’s working on, a pocketknife (which he always carries with him, as I mentioned earlier), some snacks (why not?), another knife, his phone, and a journal.

Tori looked out of the passenger side window of her friend's SUV as they approached the mansion. She reached back, grabbing her backpack from the middle row. As the car came to a stop in front of the mansion, Tori looked over at her friend.
"Thanks for driving me. See you in a few days."
Jax, Tori's friend, grinned back at her, his blue eyes sparkling. "Have fun! And take pictures."
Tori nodded, opening the door. "I'll be sure to show you the pictures. Have fun on your date!"
"I will." Jax pulled out his phone, idly checking his text messages. "Maybe this one'll work out."
Tori smiled at her friend. "I'm sure it will. I've gotta go now, though."
"Right. See you in a few days, then."
Tori closed the car's door, then stepped back, waving as Jax drove away. As the SUV disappeared from view, Jax turned to the mansion. She walked up to the front door, and knocked.

The door was soon opened. The person who answered the door looked young yet well-mannered as if he was trained to be a butler or something similar. Truth be told, his style of clothing did look like an up to date butler. He looked more like… a toy soldier, the ones kids would play with a freak out once their heads fall off. With that said, the man had wavy brown hair which barely covered his pair of black eyes.
”Welcome miss!” he quickly, almost instinctively, went to Tori’s side and taking her backpack, carrying it for her. As he gestured to the doors right across the entrance.
”Please enter the room, we’ve prepared seats for all of you inside. I’ll go place this in a more appropriate place” the door boy stated, walking away from her.
