Miguel smiled at Skye, watching him carefully, not saying a word. Every few minutes he would look up to his window in nervousness.
Miguel smiled at Skye, watching him carefully, not saying a word. Every few minutes he would look up to his window in nervousness.
Skye finally noticed the other's nervousness, "You okay?" He asked.
Miguel jumped and looked back at the other, putting on an assuring smile, “Yeah, don’t worry.” He fibbed.
"I know you're lying…" said skye, concerned.
“No I’m not…I’m fine.” Miguel pushed trying to convince him.
Skye shook his head, coming over to the other, "Now you're really lying… what's wrong?"
“I’m just a bit nervous about my family catching us, me…” Miguel finally admitted, looking away.
Skye sighed, "I guess that wouldn't be a good thing…" he said, moving to bring the other away from the garden.
Miguel stepped off the stump and gave one last look up to his window, thinking he saw a shadow.
Skye followed his gaze, pulling him back out into the alleys, "That your window?" he asked.
Miguel nodded, “Yeah.” He stepped out quickly, he had panicked in the garden and he wished that he had not.
Skye gave him a reassuring squeeze on the other's shoulder. "Hey, it's okay.."
Miguel blushed lightly and nodded, “Yeah, I hope so…”
Skye smiled, leading him off down the alleys.
Miguel followed close behind him, making sure he didn’t lose the other.
Skye looked back at the other, grinning as he climbed up on some crates.
Miguel smiled back at Skye and climbed up on the crates with him.
Skye climbed higher, finally ending up on the roof.
Miguel joined him and stood up, looking happy.
Skye smiled, "Nice view huh?"
Miguel looked at Skye and nodded, "Yeah…"
Skye grinned, "How are you about hieghts?" he asked.
"I live in a high part of a castle, of course I'm good with heights." Miguel said.
Skye grinned, "Good." he said, "I hope you can keep up then!" he suddenly broke into a run, leaping to the next rooftop.
Miguel stood in surprise for a minute then started running after him, easily keeping up with the other.
