"Try it again," She suggested, motioning for him to dance again.
"Try it again," She suggested, motioning for him to dance again.
Zev did as she said, trying to factor in everything she had told him to do.
Thesa watched with a nod, smiling a little and turning up the music a little more, "That's a lot better, looks a lot more natural."
Zev raised his eyebrows at her. "Does it?" He asked, looking at her curiously.
"For the most part yes," She replied, listening as the song changed to the next one, this one having a clearer beat that Thesa started dancing to once again.
Zev was silent, observing her and changing his steps to match hers more closely.
She hummed along to the melody, happy to be letting herself not think about what was going on as she finally could appreciate drinking both of her drinks and the buzz that came with them.
Zev eventually stopped, not seeing the point in continuing. He watched her quietly, categorizing her dancing.
Thesa didn't really pay attention as he stopped dancing. It crossed her mind, she processed the information, then she promptly continued dancing because she wanted to.
Zev continued to watch quietly, eyes flickering over her.
She continued as the song continued and soon changed, this time to a slower song that would be more suited to a slow partner dance than to a single dance like she was doing.
Zev cocked his head at her, still watching. He smiled a little bit without meaning to.
"Wanna dance?" She asked as she glanced up at him, noticing his smile and surprising herself as she offered one of her own back, "This song is better when dancing with a partner."
Zev blinked. "I…suppose so." He came over to her, raising his eyebrows a little. "What sort of dance?"
"Just a regular slow dance," She replied, shrugging and gently putting one of her hands on his shoulder, "Do you know how to slow dance?"
Zev nodded, getting into the proper positioning for the dance. "It was programmed in." He replied.
"Then let's dance." She smiled and started to dance to the music with him, not as sure of her footing as he seemed, but still fairly confident of her steps.
Zev nodded, and danced with her, carefully following her movements, adjusting as needed.
"How long has it been since you've been able to dance with someone?" She asked, getting into the rhythm of the dance and letting herself relax.
"I…do not believe that I ever have." Zev replied slowly, blinking once as he looked at her.
She tipped her head to the side curiously, surprised by that information, "Really? Alexi didn't have you dance with someone to make sure the programming worked?"
"No. He knew that it would." Zev replied calmly, looking at her still.
"Hm, he really must have been confident in your programming then," She said, looking up at him and focusing on his insanely blue eyes.
"He was confident in his own skills at it, yes." Zev replied, looking down at her.
Thesa nodded, still looking him in the eye, "He must have put a lot of time into making sure you were the best then. I mean, his other androids are still exceptional and without many flaws, but you have to be his best creation ever."
