Teya breathed out in relief. She smiled, “Yep, that’s me! What am I supposed to do?” She laughed.
Teya breathed out in relief. She smiled, “Yep, that’s me! What am I supposed to do?” She laughed.
"Um, you're just supposed to help me here and there." Yesim answered with a slight nervous laugh.
“Okay,” Teya replied. She felt dumb for asking, but she kept it to herself. Besides, this woman was so, so cute.
Yesim chuckled. "Soo…..do you want to check out the lab?" She asked randomly, not sure what to do. She had been working alone for so long that she had no clue what to do now.
Teya smiled, “Yeah! Lead the way!” Teya pictured something out of a sci-fi movie and wondered if it looked like that in freak life or not.
"Okay then." Yesim nodded and headed towards her lab. She looked at the reports she had picked up before and checked the information as her legs kept carrying her to her lab.
Teya followed the very attractive doctor?/scientist. She looked at the different areas of the building, a million incoherent thoughts buzzing through her head. She tried to keep herself from looking as Yesim with any romantic interest since she had a habit of falling in love with everybody. Besides, Yesim probably wasn’t her type. Right?
Yesim kept walking, still checking the reports. She wasn't sure what to do around Teya since she was a very awkward person and stayed quiet as she pretended to look at the reports even though she had already finished looking at them.
Teya found the silence…well, awkward. She decided to spice up the conversation. “So is this like a survey or something?”
Yesim glanced up at Teya when she heard the other talk and quickly looked away. "Uhmm, I guess…? It's kind of hard to explain."
Teya nodded, desperately trying to come up with more conversation topics. “Okay. You’re not gonna, like, find out people who fall in love easily are, like, more likely to get diseases, are you?”
Yesim chuckled slightly. "No, that's not true…unless you don't take any safety precautions…"
“Yikes! I won’t touch anything, I swear!” Teya smiled, though she was serious.
"Nonono, that's not what I meant. I meant-never mind." Yesim sighed, a small smile appearing on her face.
“Noooo, tell me! I hate it when people leave me in suspense!” Teya feigned frustration in the most over dramatic way possible.
Yesim chuckled and sighed. "I don't want to talk about it."
“Okay.” Teya fell silent again, unsure of how to continue.
Yesim stayed quiet and opened the door to her lab. "Here it is."
Teya looked a around as she walked through the door. “Wow. Much science. Very spook.”
Yesim chuckled and held the door open for Teya. "Thanks…?"
Teya smiled, “Yeah, no, it’s really cool.”
"Oh thanks…" Yesim blushed a bit as she stood where she was, waiting for Teya to walk in so she should show her the lab.
Teya refocused, walking through the door way and stopping part way in, awaiting further intruction.
Yesmi walked into the lab after Teya and shut the door before signalling towards the room. "This is where I will be most of the time so yea, you can find me here if you need me for anything."
Teya nodded. “Gotcha. Test away.” She said, dramatically holding out her arms.
