so I don't really actually necessarily play with legos, but I build lots of stuff and then it collects dust because i'm too busy building more legos instead of actually writing

You're not alone, I'm legit going to the lego store today
Well that's a relief
im in college and still play with legos
I'm 17 and was ready to cry when my parents got rid of the family legos a few weeks ago.
Oh noooooo that's not a good thing for your parents to do!
Well, my parents aren't very good parents sometimes. shrugs
We just have two boxes of them, one of my brothers and one of mine (The "girly" ones) And sometimes by mom will find a Lego Friend with a gun in her hand and I think she is concerned for me
In the last year or so, I have built 4+ execution mechanisms with Legos, including a guillotine and a hangman's platform. I'm concerned for myself
I never did anything dark with legos. I always saved that for my drawings and stories. I actually got called into my counselor's office Freshman year (I had been homeschooled before then) because my teachers were concerned for me when they saw my doodles in class. (I hadn't realized it was even remotely abnormal or concerning)

don't worry, my 18 yr old brother still builds with legos and toys like that.
I'm almost twenty and I regret that I don't play with Legos like I used to. Keep on, pal.

I'm not. Good for you.
Is anyone else happy they never threw out their legos now that they are in quarantine or is that just me?
I'm jealous that you have them. Would kill for legos rn
I'm a college student, and every single time I go to Walmart, I visit the Lego aisle. I keep a Lego Bob Ross figurine on my desk at all times, and honestly all around love Legos. I wish I had more, but my younger brother (who is still older than 15, by the way) keeps most of them in his room. That said, you are never too old for Legos.
In my late teens and I literally have drawers of Legos that I will not let my parents get rid of.
I'm fifteen and still obsessed with lego star wars-
Looks over at Lego Death Star on the floor, shelves stacked with boxes of Lego sets, and the Lego X-Wing on top of the bookcase
