Is there a need for me to declare War?
I am War Secretary Axe.

Not yet, Secretary.

As long as we can find a loyalist from the Hardware Tech sectors, there will be no need for War so early in our nation's history.

They've made a request, taken some of my extended family, the D4's, and their request goes as follows: "We require a freedom from the rule of the council or a representative of us on the council."

So they want to secede from the Council, then.
Interesting.

Our only real option is to include a representative on the Council.
However, we need someone we can control.
Any suggestions?

Representative Nokia. Slow and a little on the heavy side. Nice addition. Not smart though. He is very long winded though. But mainly he sleeps through everything.
