Last: "What do ya.say? One last lullaby?"
"One last song."

First: "There are things in this world beyond your comprehension"
Last: "Some things are best left unknown. For your sake…"

First: "Death, as it turns out, was horse-drawn."
Last: "And in the distance, smoke began to rise."

First: “I can hear them… They preach a massacre… Lucas, sweet boy… you can hear them, too. Right?”
Last: “He looked up, and the world was in ruins, hills tumbling by the wayside— and he could hear them. Clear as day.”

First: "Nothing interesting ever happened at night."
Last: "Come," he said, "We have so much to get caught up on."

Here's a first: The day was ending, and the clouds covering the sky cast a cold shadow over the barren streets of New York city.

Here's a last: “Sorufro!” He roared. And all the village erupted in flames.

First: I've read so many fantasy books, and I always assumed I'd get my own Adventure one day. And I did, but I almost walked right by thinking it was just another crazy New Yorker.
Last: I wish I could say 'Sike, it was all a dream,' but unfortunately my subconscious doesn't have the attention span to make up things like this.
