I've been trying to write a conversation between two characters but it's so bland and boring and I can't tune into my normal writing mode and I need to write or I will never finish my series…
Please help.

MOOD
(genuinely though is there any way I can help you specifically?)
its just writers block, fixed it a little with the help of my cowriter but its still shit
Again, what a mood
My ability to write decreases by 100% when I sit down to actually do it
One important thing to remember about dialogue is it's not just verbal. There's body language, movement, gaze, facial expression, rise/fall in tone, volume, etc. Sometimes describing these thongs along with writing what the characters are saying helps to make the writing not so bland. Another thing to remember is that everyone talks differently around different people, including your characters. Try thinking of how they speak in different situations- are they intimidated? Mad? Joyfull? How do they talk in those situations?
music always helps me
also stop worrying about it, just go for it and write without stressing about it. if that doesn't help, just take a break. sometimes it helps to come back to it with fresh eyes
