Would you say you've woken in the middle of a forest, you've awoken in the middle of a forest, or what? I'm super confused with this.

Maybe "You have woken up in the forest."

If you don't need the "have" then maybe "You woke in the forest."

Or you have awakened?

I'm not entirely sure myself, woken sounds better to me, but I did find this article about the use of both the words: https://www.dailywritingtips.com/awoken-or-awakened/
