"Calum was dating Lily and he cheated on her with Madeline" Amber said quietly

Kaylee glanced over at Lily, and bit her lip nervously. "I-I didn't know… I'm sorry." She whispered to Lily. Forcing a smile up, the blonde waved it off. "It's no big deal. I-I didn't care that much." Lily lied, trying to choke down the tears she felt rising up.

Amber sighed "I'm sorry Lily"

"Don't worry about it," She insisted, tears breaking at her eyes. "It's really nothing to worry about. I'm with Collins. He loves me, and he cares." She shrugged, turning to see a familiar face enter the room. "Hey, Kay?" Jordan asked, not really noting the others in the room. "Where's my skateboard?"

Amber looked over as Kaylee's brother spoke

“Not a good time, Jordan.” Kaylee mumbled, trying to shoo him off. With a slight eye roll, he turned around to go look for his skateboard alone. “You’re right Lily, you’ve got an awesome boyfriend who loves you. No need to worry about the past.”

Amber smiled gently "he does love you"

“Yeah… I know.” Lily mumbled, hugging herself with a sigh. She knew Collins loved her, just felt a bit stung because of the turn over of the past. “Hey, don’t think about that, Lily.” Brad whispered, resting an arm over her shoulders. “You’re going to have an awesome day with your friends and boyfriend.”

Amber closed her eyes when they're was a knock on the door

Kaylee smile, getting up from her seat. “I bet that’s Lucas and Anthony!” She grinned, leaving everyone at the table when she went to get the door. Pulling it open, she grinned brightly at the person standing by the door.

The two boys waved at the girl

“Come on in, Amber and Lily are already inside.” Kaylee hummed, hugging Anthony before kissing Lucas softly. Leading them both into the kitchen. “They’re here!”

Amber rolled her eyes playfully " about time" she teased

Lucas smiled over at Amber lightly, waving just a bit. “How are y’all?” Anthony asked, crossing his arms over his chest as he glanced around.

Amber shrugged " sorry Lucas your bestie isn't here" she said

"That's alright. She texted me, and told me that she was coming by later." Lucas hummed, letting Kaylee go when she started to pull away. "When are we headed down to the beach? Are we just gonna wait until the rest of them get here?" Brad asked, glancing over at Amber.

"sounds like a plan" she said

Nodding, Brad led Lily in the other room so they could go wait for Collins. With them gone, Anthony pulled up a seat by Amber with a smile. "You know, you're just as pretty as ever." Anthony hummed, pulling his knee to his chest.

Amber smiled " uh thanks I guess"

Lucas rolled his eyes at his brothers attempts, and sat across from the two. "That's his way of saying he likes you. He's just really bad at it." Lucas half whispered, smirking a bit. "Hey!"

Amber giggled with a smile

Sinking down into his seat, Anthony tried to hide the flush on his cheeks. "Don't tease him, Lu." Kaylee told him, going back to her bracelet. "It's mean."

Caroline had sent Brad a text Working my way back to you babe she texted quoting a song

Brad had been trying to comfort Lily, when his phone buzzed. Pulling it out, he smiled softly. 'Awesome! Happy to hear that… Maybe bring Lily a little something. She's kind of down right now.' He sent in, glancing out the window as Collins pulled up.
