Brad smiled softly, petting her head gently. He was trying to be as gentle as he could be. "Now, let's head back inside so I can change out of my pajama pants." He hummed with a light chuckle. "I don't think going in my pajamas would be… appropriate."
Shutting the door to his car, he locked it before pocketing the keys and scooping her up. "Are you still mad at me? Because I want to make it up to you if I can." Brad whispered, leading her up to the apartment.
She shook her head "no Im not"
"Mmm, good. I'm happy to hear that." Brad whispered, setting her down once they reached the door. "But if I can still do anything to make you happy, I will. Just tell me what I can do."
She shook her head with a smile reaching up to kiss his cheek
Brad smiled, before pushing the door open. "I really do love your kisses." He whispered, kissing the top of her head. "They're quite relaxing, my darling."
She smiled sitting on the couch
"Alright, I'll be right back… are you still going to the gym?" Brad asked her, starting to head down the hall. "Or did you change your mind, and are coming with me to the beach?"
"I'll come to the beach in about an hour" she said
"You're sure? I don't want to make you come, darling." He insisted, leaning against the wall just a bit. He had a soft look on his face, trying to be understanding if she didn't really want to.
"I'm going to the gym for an hour and then I'm coming to spend time with you" she said
Smiling softly, he nodded. "Happy to hear that. I'll come and kiss you before I leave." Brad hummed, shuffling down the hall to change his clothes.
Once he had ducked into their room, it took but a moment for him to change. Once he had, he made his way out to the living room once again. "Alright, what gym are you headed to?"
"curious are we?" She asked
"Just a bit. I wanted to know how long it might take you to get to Kaylee's house." Brad hummed shrugging just a bit. He had a bottle of sunscreen in his hand. "But you don't have to tell me."
"it's the one down the street" she said
"Ahh, okay. So not too far." Brad hummed, leaning down to kiss her forehead. "Well, be safe. I'll see you at her house in a little bit. Alright?"
She nodded with a small smile
"Mmm, good. I love you, my princess." Brad hummed, kissing her on the lips before starting out the front door. "Just text me when you get there. You won't be able to get on without going through Kaylee's house."
"I know Brad Kaylee is my friend I've been to her house" she said
Brad paused at the door, trying to keep from laughing. "Right… I totally didn't forget about that part." He hummed, looking over at her. His smile was soft, yet amused at his forgetfulness.
"I can be really ignorant sometimes. I apologize about that." Brad chirred, flipping the sunscreen up in the air. "Well anyways, text me when you're on your way. I wanna get to hear from you." He hummed, starting out the door once again.
