She finish wrapping up his ankle then Dad his lip with the wet cloth

"You're so gentle," He whispered, closing his eyes.

"I don't want to hurt you" she said

"You won't, but I was just telling you that. It was a compliment." He hummed, taking a slight hold of her wrist.

She stopped doing what she was doing and looked at him

"If you're stopping cause I'm holding your wrist, I just want to hold you. I'm not stopping you." He whispered, opening his eyes slightly.

She smiled gently_ just let me fix you up and you can hold me"

Pouting, he let go of her. "Fine… " He moped, sitting forwards so she could fix him.

She looked at his lips slightly dabbing

"You alright?" He mumbled, his lips still stuck out.

She nodded " just focused" she said

"Oh Ok," He smiled, relaxing back into the wall.

She finished with his lip in gently wrapped his wrist

"I love you, a lot." He whispered, pulling his unwrapped leg up so he could rest his chin on his knee.

"I love you a lot more" she said

"I love you a lot, the most." He sang, breathing gently. "Can I hold you yet?"

"Almost" she said

"Fine…" He said, waiting for her to finish on his wrist before speaking again.

She finished his wrist with a sigh

"What's wrong love?" He asked, taking her hand and pressing a kiss to the back of it.

" I don't like it when you get hurt" she said

" I don't like it when you get hurt" she said

"I try not to, but I can't always help it." He mumbled, petting her cheek. "But if it's any consolation, I hate it when you get hurt."

" I'm always hurt" she said

"That's why I may seem upset." He said, clicking his tongue. "Can I kiss you now?"
