Thomas came up behind her, gasping for breath. Violently coughing, he waded in the shallow water. "A-are you…" He paused, to cough more. "Alright?"

" second time falling in a pond" she said

Thomas came to the edge of the pond, holding a hand out to her. He was still coughing madly. "I-I'm sorry."

She pulled herself out and kissed his cheek

He smiled shyly, blushing some. "I'm sorry…"

She giggled once again

"Y-you know, last time you got a kiss out of it." He whispered, rubbing the back of his neck.

She nodded " yeah I did"

"What would you say, if I wanted to give you one now?" Thomas hummed.

" I would say prove it" Caroline said

Walking up to her, he put an arm around her waist. Another one on her cheek, he leaned in pressing his lips against hers'. "Deal." He mumbled.

Caroline smiled " what are you waiting for?"

He kissed her, holding her close to him.

She kissed him back running a hand up his chest

Leaning in, he held her tightly around the waist. "Your lips are addicting." He mumbled against them.

" how so?" She whispered

He pulled away, starring at them. "I just want to kiss you, always."

" I'm not stopping you" she said

"Life is though." He whispered with an embarrassed frown.

She sighed softly " to you maybe"

"It isn't stopping you? Not from the things you love?" Thomas asked surprised.

" no but it is you obviously" she said standing up

"C-Caroline, please." His voice was soft, and ashamed.

She shook her head" just… just don't"

"I'm sorry, I really am." He said, standing as well, and coming up to her.
