Why is everyone on me '>'

You asked for help, and we are here to provide just that–help. Didn't mean to sound short with you, but your last message did leave me to believe that you still didn't know.

@HighPockets group

Dude, you can't be on a writer's forum and get mad when people offer input and correct your grammar and spelling. Especially on a thread explicitly asking for help. If you want to improve, listen to our input.

Im sorry. I didn't mean to. Im just in a bad mood. That's all.

@Anemone eco

Mosis. I'm going to be brutally honest. You cannot write a good book if you can't even spell simple words properly. No one's going to publish it, dude. And even if you do find a way to (miraculously) get it published, it won't get many sales because of how poorly done it is. Word of mouth could be one of two things to an author. An enemy or a friend.

You can't write dialogue well, your character isn't well thought out, you didn't know what plot was, you can't spell all too good, your created item isn't the best either. It's just not going to work, dude. Improve yourself a lot before being ambitious enough to think you can write a book.

Ah. Not the best mood to accept criticism of any kind, constructive or not. I recommend you come back here later, hopefully in a more receiving mood.

You know what? I'll learn from my mistakes. I still got a chance on writing a book. It may take a while but that won't stop me..

@Anemone eco

Well, yeah. You're supposed to learn from mistakes, so… good on you? Also, no one said you didn't have a chance in writing a book, we just said you needed to improve.

That's the spirit.

Oh, and some sage advice from yours truly: don't start by writing a book. Start by writing an idea. Ideas are good stepping stones, and they are easy to come back to even after a long time. And the more time that passes, and the more you learn and grow, those ideas can be improved upon over and over again. Hell, maybe if you'll keep and improve an idea for long enough, it might just become the perfect basis for a book.
Keep in mind though that this is a process that will take years, not mere months. You have to be willing to dedicate years of your life to this for it to actually work in your favor.

I feel like you don’t, though. I’ve been looking through your stuff, and while you have good intentions, you’re not putting your 100% into your characters’ developments, nor your plot and important items. The charries and items are just as important as plot bc without them, it’ll be boring and unrelatable. Which the situation of the plot already is.

Right, but looking at the other things you have here, I feel like it’s a logical conclusion. @Mosis.

Like I said before I'm a newbie and I'm still getting used to this and I'm going to stop arguing because I have something to do.

So I’m trying to help you. Characters and Item development should be top priority.

I know.. I've been working on all my characters since 6th so for about a year. I know what I'm going to fix and what to do so ya.
