This website, while still in beta, is a really good map maker, even if you can't draw.

In the history it says apposed instead of opposed. The history is very good. Your villain is awesome. Your map (though good) is a circle divided into equal parts. Imao I think you should add a little more variation. But, of course, your world, your choice.
