Anyone (especially people with add or adhd) have any tips for motivating yourself to do work? I just feel very apathetic and tired but I got a lot of work to do so any tips?

What kind of work?
A lot… A paragraph for ap us history, revising an essay for english, studying Spanish, and then studying for at least one test in literally every subject that all have to be done by friday
Well… What happens if you don't finish those things?
The history thing wouldn't be the end of the world, the english thing would be pretty bad cause my teacher isn't great and doesn't really like any of us, spanish doesnt matter that much, but I need to do all the little tests cause otherwise it'll say I'm failing all my classes for the first semester on my college apps.
So… You'll fail…
And if you fail, you might very well be screwed for life, mqybe…
And, you want to do great things, don't you? I know you can do it… Start with the ones you like, or that are easier…
Listen to music you like…
I wouldn't technically fail but to colleges its the same thing.

Okay I was curious about this too. I have undiagnosed ADHD (I know because my dad has it and I’m showing obvious symptoms) and I have the same problem that Moxie has.
I’ve tried music (both classical and game background) and neither worked.
I sometimes do Japanese piano music. I love violins but I accidentally get emotionally connected.
I’ve found a playlist someone made on Spotify called focus and get your shit done and I love it. Highly recommend
