because someone has to do it, also i enjoy educating people on mental health issues that i struggle with and i enjoy putting LGBT+ characters in my story as mains instead of just side characters

@Rvan group

Because I feel like I need to share my story. The dark and bad things in my life happened, nothing can change that, but since I experienced it all, I can share that experience with others. I can replicate that experience in my character. Just because I have a story that’s worth reading (in my opinion, that is).

@RainClouds_Itachi_

oof, all your reasons are so cool sounding and stuff and then there's me.

me: you know what's a wild idea?
brother: make it wilder.
me: ALRIGHT
me: *writes wild idea down *
me: this could be a great book.
me: . . . imma write it man
*cue character making discussions with my brother at 3AM cuz we don't know what sleep is. *

I've always had crazy shit going on in my mind. One day, fourth grade actually, I sat myself down and decided to write.

@Dirt

I write because it gives me something to hold onto. The hope I can give my characters is the hope I develop. Even in the darkest moments they don't let go and I'm trying to teach myself to do the same.
