God, part of me wishes we could do a dnd session with people on notebook. I'd do it with irl friends, but no one ever wants to dm.

Out of my main 17 characters, only two of em are straight but they're both trans

All of the groups I've heard of is verbal but it's very possible to have a nonverbal depending on the site you use for dnd sessions

So when they do a transfusion, that's blood.
Meanwhile, an infusion, which is what I got, is a solution with iron and other nutrients, usually done for patients who can't tolerate iron pills (they made my stomach really upset).
