Some of us have overprotective parents. For example, my cousin had tech (internet accessing tech) before I did,and she's about five years younger than me.
I got my first cell phone at ten, and it was a flip phone. The only redeeming quality was that it was pink.
My dad only took parental controls off my 3DS Last summer, the 3rd or fourth year I'd had it.
