oh gosh that's happened to me before lol
I used to go on forums that I was like 90% sure my friend had no interest in joining and then lowkey rant about much I liked them lol

Think of something you find calming. It could be the ocean, soft lights, soft music, warm blankets, lava lamps, etc, and just focus on that and try to imagine it as detailed as possible in your mind. Or, close your eyes and focus on where you are, what position your body is in, what parts of your body are touching things, etc. If there are any patterns, such as stripes or polka dots, or a large number of things you can count, focus on counting them.

ha or go christmas shopping with your mom who's annoying atm and even though you're tired you have to do it today and also homework cause if not she'll get mad…so….

So we had a choir concert after school and I was gonna stay after school for it

since the power went out, we couldn't work on our projects or work cuz no wifi and so our substitute let us talk to one another as long as we weren't too loud
