I feel like I’m dying to death. My head hurts, my chest feels weird like I’m nervous or something even though I’m literally lying in bed. I’m so done. I hate being sick so much this is awful. I’m tired but I can’t get to sleep.

My boyfriend can relate. It's almost 6:00 am and he's puking and shitting his guts out.
Poor baby…

I'm sorry buddy. I know how it feels to be that awfully sick, trust me. I'm still on antibiotics from my last encounter. If you can stomach taking Nyquil, then I suggesting downing a good chunk of that to knock yourself out so you can sleep. The only other option is make yourself even more tired before finally collapsing. Take some nice, deep breaths often if you can. Keep a box of tissues and a trash can with you and have a cold and damp washcloth to put on your forehead, face, and/or neck to help cool down and relax. Don't be afraid to strip if you're finally breaking that fever and sweating your ass off. Stay hydrated. Take a shower or bath. Don't push yourself, your body is already fighting something and it doesn't need to be fighting you too.

I’ve been taking Sudafed for the past like 3 days, twice a day because it’s 12hr. It’s the only thing that ever helps with my sinus congestion (I get really bad sinus congestion mainly during season changes. It’s mostly because I live in a really weird climate where it’s like supposed to be winter and it’s like 20 degrees one day and 75 the next for literally no reason it’s so dumb). That being said, it’s helping, but I still have a very persistent sinus headache that hasn’t gone away for…3 days. My ears are ringing and I can hear the blood pumping in my inner ear it’s wack.

yeah, Lee's advice is good when it comes to being sick because they're sick so often lmao

Because autoimmune disorders are a bitch but no doctor can actually diagnose me up here~ cuz life is a fucking nightmare

@RedTheLoveless

I think I’m going to go hop in the shower for a bit to see if that will help. Or just turn the water on and let the room steam up because it’s getting pretty late.

That's a good idea. Hopefully that will help. I can't usually take sudafed and tylenol/ibuprofen because then I'll get several nosebleeds and yeah… Good luck! I hope you get to feeling better soon.

In my main town, we have an understaffed clinic of family doctors with no expertise in any area. In a close but different town, there is a hostpital that charges too much for literally everything. In a further-away city, there are capable docots but they also cost quite a bit of money to go see, money of which my family doesn't have the luxury to spend on me for something we all suspect to be true. The only option really left would be to remove my tonsils, but the soonest that could be done is sometime this next summer.

As you can see, it's a bit complicated lol

@RedTheLoveless

Do you think if I took ibuprofen it would help with the headache?

Perhaps. Wouldn't hurt to try I suppose (it should also help with the fever). Is it a two-tablet or a three-tablet headache?
