Oh you know, one of my friends hasn't eaten anything for the past 48ish hours, has drunken next to nothing and claim food and water are making her sick, So you know all's well and it's not like I'm the only one she's told about why she's an emotional wreak and it's not like I am sworn on my first born child not to tell anyone what happened to her……… So how are you

Ok, I know I'm really just jumping into this, but as a person who has really struggled with eating in the past I think I might be able to be of assistance.
One: Get her to drink a glass of water, that's really important. Explain to them that water has absolutely no calories (if that's what she's worried about) and just get her to drink some.
Two: If it really is making her feel sick, try and convince her to go to the hospital or something. She obviously is needing help right now.
Three: Try and get her to eat maybe some saltine crackers or something, but you're probably not going to be able to. The most you can do is try and convince her to get some long term help.
If you're not there/close with her, maybe try and alert some one who is? Tell them what's happening and try and get them to help.

Sorry if none of my advice is helpful or applicable to your situation, but that's basically what you should try and do in the situation.
Trying to force her to eat/drink will not end well, and the most you can do is try and reason with her.
