Hey there :) I have been quietly using this BRILLIANT app for the last six months or so but thought I would come over here and introduce myself in an attempt to lure beta readers/world building critiquers.
My name is Ruby Stiff and I am an Australia author published with Rogue Phoenix Press. I have a novel available for purchase called Hazardous that's about Brisbane's Most Famous Cat-burglar, Phantom.
Anyways my WIP for the last six years is Danger Days, based loosely on the My Chemical Romance album of the same name. Danger Days is a post-apocalyptic Dystopian set in an Australia that is barely recognisable, split down the middle by rising oceans. Separated from the mainland, the East Coast known better as Sector 1 has become a totalitarian, Big Brother State that controls its people's every move. Its president has an only child, a daughter who goes rogue and joins the Killjoys in the Wastelands. She lives in relative peace for a few years until one day a stranger turns up on her doorstep, half dead which sets in motion a chain of events that threatens the peace of everyone.
I am currently editing and posting it to Wattpad if you wanna give it a read, sorry I am doing Uni full time so please dont expect weekly updates though if I start getting more traffic I might https://my.w.tt/1aoK9Pl7ES

I'm fine. It's really cool that you have done that. I just use this website for little OC's and Role Playing. I don't think that I will ever be able to write or publish a book ever.

Hahaha I am but a mortal like you. If you want to publish then do it, don’t let fear of not being good enough or whatever hold you back. E.L James wrote Twilight fan fiction which became fifty shades and she is laughing all the way to the bank. So go for it

You’re right. Though bringing up 50 Shades makes me realize that published isn’t everything.

@"The Althalosian" It really really isnt haha. Apparently there is a movie slated for 2019 thats based on Harry Styles fanfiction so really the bar is zero AND YET NO ONE WANTS TO MAKE A MOVIE OUT OF MY STUFF. RUDE MUCH.
