Yes please! I've been trying to fill in my BoS but I don't think I'll be doing it right. I got the first page though, so at least I did that right.

There's no "right" and no "wrong" to your BOS, it's however it feels to you/ how the inspiration comes to you.
Everyone's looks different. Don't be self conscious, be proud! It is your thoughts and abilities written regarding the craft!

Thank you, Eris. I keep worrying I'll screw it up, but you're right. I need to be less self-conscious about this.

Honestly, I've always loved the idea of a BoS, because it's completely unique to the person and it almost shows their personality because we all have different creativity and values. Grinning

Lavender oil behind the ears, both inner wrists, and between the brows. That'll send you right off

Also–a hemp spell bag with sage, eucalyptus, lavender oil, and either an amethyst, selenite, or black tourmaline should help too.
Place it in your pillowcase and after the second night it should have absorbed your intentions and activate.
change once a month on the new moon.

@Simon-Says

Hi, um, I'm really interesting in being a witch, but everything I've read has just made me more confused about it, and I um - how are you supposed to start?

@croccin-champagne

from what i've found, there's not much a specific place you're 'supposed' to start. but a good thing to do is decide on the deity/deities you'll be worshipping, and how to worship them. if that's what you're meaning, at least

@Simon-Says

For me, I think I want it to be more about the practice itself? I don't particularly like the idea of any deity. I don't really know how to explain what I'm trying to say, sorry. I'm just gonna do more research; thanks, though!

@croccin-champagne

look into simple spells and charms for minor things then, like luck and sleep and good will and protection. get yourself some candles for easy positive vibes, mix certain herbs into tea if you drink it, that kind of thing. it's really easy to start off with super simple things you can work into your daily life, before moving on to more elaborate things

@The-Magician group

So I just explained to my boyfriend abut the craft and which path I follow.
He started asking "oh, can you move stuff with your mind?"
"I—"
"No. Can you shoot lightning from your fingertips?"
"I—"
"No. Can you shoot fireballs from your hand?"
"No I—"
"Well it seems pretty boring then."

Like excUSE ME???
I have no idea how I'm supposed to deal with this.
Any advice?

(Kill him. Sacrifice him.) I MEAN sit him down and really educate him. Tell him what it means to you. I think that's a good place to start. Say you were insulted, if he really cares he'll apologize. He seems like a jerk, so I say leave him if he can't even bother to respect your religion, but I'm not one to judge. I think that's a good place to start. Show him what you CAN do possibly. If you're comfortable. Again all up to you.

@The-Magician group

I’m not going to leave him just because of that. We’ve been through so much shit already that breaking up over something like religion doesn’t seem worth it to me——he actually respects what it means to me, he just doesn’t know that his jokes do actually mean something.
