(It should be noted that I double all of these and increase the cooking time by a few seconds except the chocolate chip muffin one)

(don't double the last one unless you're doing it in a full on bowl. Also, if you're lazy like me and are mixing it in the mug, make sure you mix the bottom really well. It's kind of difficult to get the flour mixed)
