Lol, you shouldn’t ever have to wear heels. Honestly, I don’t think there’s gonna be a dress code like that.

Yeah… I mean, hiding my nice shoes and wearing my snowboots to a formal thing is totally something I've done before.

Oof, this would be an excuse to pull out either my absolutely eyesore formal wear or make an outfit

Okay so I need a white button-up shirt with the Straw Hat Pirate's Jolly Roger on it then a vest bedazzled with rhinestones and sequins and some nice pants and tall combat boots with lil heels and that's my outfit

Or we plan two outfits (Or three) (One girly, one boyish, one in between) and see which you wanna wear day of?

Oof, three outfits would be bad because I likely would never have an excuse to wear it again. Lol

I say in the winter, and there should be a formal (cosplay kinda theme) and we need a photographer. And what kind of food do we need? I suggest finger foods, and alcohol for those interested.

Sushi, for sure
Maybe some shrimp? I'm not a shrimp person but they're fancy
Punch, but non-alcoholic for us minors
I'm already having ideas for formal cosplay
I might be able to be a photographer for some of it

I’d like winter too. Most of us seem to be leaning towards that. Definitely finger foods, but nothing too messy because those costumes will likely be expensive and disastrous to get mess on. But absolutely cake and/or cupcakes. Alcohol goes without saying. But plenty of non-alcoholic beverage choices for those who abstain or are driving. I could procure a photographer. I have some connections. I like the cosplay idea, but I’m not sure about it. What about music?

As far as drinks go, make sure there's juice or smth other than water that isn't alcoholic or some sort of fizzy thing like soda..

Basically that but the vest is bedazzled, the shirt is cream-colored and the collar is embroidered, and it's got a masquerade mask that's got the curly eyebrow on it, in either feather or pipe cleaner form

Soda can work, you just need to do 2-liter bottles, and provide cups. There shore definitely be non-spiked punch or juice though.
