Hey there! I'm Ash, a 20 year old from Iowa, US, and I'm awful at introductions. I've been writing since middle school (mostly fanfic and RP, but also some pretty good creative writing assignments according to my teachers) but lost my inspiration for a while post-graduation. I got two new ideas fairly recently, one for a sci-fi/dystopian world and the other for a fantasy character and her backstory. While I can't make these fit together (trust me I've tried), I'm certainly looking forward to writing about each and using this as a tool to (hopefully) keep my all my thoughts on these universes in one place! Hello! I'm Doomed Prince, but feel free to call me Prince, if you call me anything. I'd love to talk to anyone, even if our writing styles and preferences don't align, because it's always nice to talk to someone with a different point of view than myself. Anyway, I actually would like to pursue a career in writing, seeing as I have such a vested interest in it, as well as dozens and dozens of half finished works (that I never get around to completing), I thought I'd join this site to maybe get some ideas in order so working through the plot would be easier.
My writing style is, and stay with me on this, because I am fairly aware of how complicated this is, sci-fy, modern fantasy, angst filled, young adult mental health, not-exactly-romance-but-it-could-be, dystopia type writing, and usually it's all pretty LGBT+ involved. And not usually all of those at the same time. Haha…
I like exploring internal struggles and creating worlds and building cities from the ground up only to blow them to pieces. Writing is my everything. And I hope I can better my writing with this site and help from its users.
