Say one person with a storm power and one without had a baby. Would that child inherent their parent’s power? It really depends on whether or not the storm change the genetic make up of their reproductive cells. It would also depend on whether or not superpowers are dominant genes. I would assume so because they’re super powers. So say the storm changed their DNA in their reproductive cells and super powers are a dominant gene. It’s a possibility, then. Say two people have a super power and they have a kid together. If all the above is true, then I’m pretty sure it’s almost, if not certainly, 100% that their child would have one of their powers, or a combination of both, or if the super power gene affects every person differently based on their outside environment (yes, that’s a thing), then they would have a power all of their own.
