The voice might call your name or say something brief. You might also see strange things or misinterpret things you can see. These experiences usually stop as soon as you are fully awake. Lack of sleep - sleep problems cause you to hear voices or have other sensory experiences that you can't explain in everyday ways.

Anyone else gets the feeling like you are being watched when you're all alone somewhere, and you know for a fact no one could be watching you otherwise?
Also, whenever I have to go out at night I always bring something my family needs, like the garage door opener or keys. I have a very strong feeling that if I don't something bad will happen. Whenever I am unable to, the streetlight outside our house turns off as I'm heading back inside, and terror has my spine in a death hold. I run up to the house (and I don't run. ever.), but when I get to the porch (and the porch light) the feeling stops.

What about if I can feel things touching me even though there's nothing? Like, not even a spirit or something? [Sorry, I'm a witch] And the voices are often indistinguishable conversations. I can clearly hear at least two if not three voices.

I only have done that when I was all alone for several days straight.

Really I did that with myself yesterday because there was a bee in my room XD

I have literal convos with my characters. Like, we call it the Council.

I do that with anime characters and when I'm writing I'm like, "Kritanta what are you going to do today, let's see," XD
