She is. We're going to the same college together and sharing a dorm.
She was also very accepting of me when I came out to her, even though her family is pretty religious.
I asked her not that long ago what she identified as and she admitted that she honestly didn't even know. She never had a boyfriend ever. There had definitely been guys interested in her but she turned them all down.
She's questioning now, as far as I know until we get to talk like that again.

Good! I had a piano recital an hour ago. I played Burn from Hamilton.
I screwed up a few times, though. I think I did okay, although I know I could’ve done better. Maybe if the recital had been a month later.

That's so Cool! I never go the hang of Piano, My hands are to small, they're perfect for flute and piccolo.

:3 do Y'all have any wholesome stories?

My WiFi will probably run out before I finish typing this, but I have a couple of them (almost all of them were from when I was a smol child)

  • My earliest memory that I still have comes from when I was 2 and a half years old, I was the little flower girl at my cousin's wedding. I didn't quite know what I was supposed to do, so instead of throwing the flower petals my orderly little self gently put them down petal by petal, leaving lots of space in between. I don't remember too much about it but at the very end I was rewarded with candy necklaces and for some reason that's the clearest part in my memory, just eating candy necklaces after a wedding.

  • When I was maybe 5 years old, I used to say goodnight to everyone in my family, but then get upset when I couldn't say goodnight to the moon. I kept asking my mom to take me outside so I could see it, and when she didn't I'd try to let myself out, because I didn't want the moon to feel forgotten. It eventually became a tradition where every night before bed my dad would bring his telescope outside, just so I could look out at the stars and say goodnight to the poor, lonely moon.

  • Back before we had Email accounts, my best friend and I used to communicate by sending letters in the mail. I would always forget how to spell her last name (I didn't quite understand the I before E thing), so I used the word "Friend" to help me remember. (It makes a bit more sense if you knew her last name, but I can't share it because of privacy)

  • One thing's for sure, I never have to worry about my parents getting divorced, I hear mom almost every day talking about how much she loves my dad. She's nearly 50 but she sounds like a squealy teenager and it's just the cutest thing ever, "His voice just makes my heart go all pitter-patter" is probably one of the more common quotes.

  • I remember when I was little I would get a bit angry when people said "I love you more", like NO, I love YOU more, there is no possible way you could love me more than I love you, don't even try to pretend because we all know I love you more-

  • I've always loved my fruits and vegetables, and tomatoes were no exception. My mom tells me this story from when I had just learned how to walk, I managed to escape the house. She looked everywhere for me, only to find the back door wide open. (the back door leads down a path directly to a busy road) She panicked trying to find me, worried I could be dead or kidnapped or worse- but I was in the garden, popping cherry tomatoes into my mouth one by one…

  • My great grandma would always forget everyone's birthdays, so she would come up with odd methods to help her remember. My birthday just happens to fall on All Saints Day (A Catholic holiday on November 1st), so to remember mine she always called me a "little saint". (I miss her so much…)

  • Back to great grandma again. The whole time I knew her she was bedridden, so when I was a baby I would worry that she might be lonely, and to fix that I would crawl into her bed, give her a hug, and then we'd watch Tom & Jerry until I fell asleep.

  • Still on the topic of my great grandma, I used to draw pictures for her every single day. Whether it was stick figures on her whiteboard or entire farm scenes on a piece of paper taped to her door, I always drew little pictures for her. Those doodles were what taught me how much I love to draw, and fast forward to today I'm learning to become a professional artist/animator.

I have more, just can't think of them at the moment.

Um…. Alright…..
I would show her how much I care but I unfortunately have no idea who she is….

…. Well yeah
But…. I've never been in a chat with her or anything so I don't really know her.

My mom is currently having one of her oil classes and despite being in the basement I can tell when she cracks a joke… The entire house can hear the laughing
