You can't just switch midway? Sure, it'd probably be difficult at first to make the switch, but spring break just happened (or is happening).

I tried college Calc before taking HS Calc, and it was too hard, so I'm doing HS Calc now…

Hi! I've been a homeschooler all my life along with my siblings. I take dual credit classes. It looks good and gives credit for both high school AND college, which is pretty darn cool.

Hello there! I have been homeschooling for a almost a whole year now. I am a junior but I started out with my public school, then moved to a STEM school in the town over the next year. Lets just say I didn't do so well and was scared to go back to a certain teachers chemistry class so I begged my mom to let me drop out. I was going to go back to my public school but after our car broke down during our vacation in Florida for two weeks my mom just transferred all of us into home school because we missed two weeks of school in Texas. there you go a full explanation of why I transferred that you probably didn't ask for. :)

@JillyB How do you like it so far?

@Masterkey I really enjoy it! It is a lot more work than what I was given in public school but I like not having to interact with other people.

@JillyB Well that's good. Do you have a time to socialize with friends or anything though?

@Masterkey Yeah, I meet with my friends every Wednesday.

Fun! I see my friends most Sundays and Thursdays. Sometimes between then, too.

I see my friends at Church every sunday and sometimes we run into them at the library, and then there's this Homeschool Conference every year in May and I see some distant friends:)

My friends and I have been going out for lunch every Sunday after church lately, but I don't think we're going to be doing it until the summer now because we're all saving up for a trip to Israel. We'll do picnics in the summer, though, so that'll be much cheaper.
