I feel that it's up to each person. Me personally its unnecessary. I dress for comfort except on formal and respectful occasions

wish my parents agree. Here's their opinions:
Mother: You are a female. Here's a dress and some skirts and overly tight jeans. Oh, I also got some frilly shirts.
Me: Imma wear this graphic tee
Mother: nO YoU dOnT yOU hEAthEN
Father: What she said

I personally like fashion, it doesn't mean you have to dress all formal or anything like that, fashion is compiling articles of clothing together to form a stylistic aesthetic…

@The-N-U-T-Cracker

I like fashion but can we just talk about how ugly crop tops are? No one wants to see your bellybutton. Normally I'd be fine with these trends as long as I don't have to wear them, but every time my mom takes me clothes shopping we have to spend hours looking for something that's not see-through and actually covers your body, which is what clothes are supposed to be for in the first place, mind you. It drives me nuts. Maybe I don't want my whole body exposed to the universe? Maybe I want to be able to wear a shirt without having to wear another shirt under it? That defeats the purpose of the shirt? What??? And pants are just as bad, I like skinny jeans and shorts but if my underwear is longer and covers more than my shorts then that's an issue. And no, I'd prefer to NOT have holes in my jeans before I even wear them, thank you. You know what I'm just going to dress as people did in the 1800s, If I'm not wearing gloves, I'm basically naked. That sounds comfortable. Especially in summer. Also don't even get me STARTED on swimsuits…

@Knight-Shives group

That only happens to me when I have to see family (but I just wear button down plaid shirts then. Unless it is a holiday). But other than when I see family I wear graphic tees.

Ella has some opinions that she would like to share XD
I don't personally want to wear crop tops but lemme say on the right people crop tops are ggrrerreeaatt like 11/10 would recommend.

@Althalosian-is-the-father book

I'll talk about clothes cause why not. For the most part I think peeps should not have to conform to cultural norms in order to be acceptable. If you like something you should wear it in my little opinion. (Unless it is offensive to people in which case I really don't like, but what can you do.) I personally don't like crop tops and those super short shorts (I'm a dude lol) but that's just because I don't like the "Look at me" kind of stuff unless it is a party then totally wear flashy clothes.

I agree. My mother is constantly forcing me to wear traditionally feminine clothes and I prefer masculine clothes and its frustratung

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

I don't think so… But I accidentally click on people's users alot.
(I'm on my phone, and there's lots of glare everywhere so…)

And yeah… I get it… I wear flashy clothes on occasion as well… Mostly just cool jackets, and good accessories! But people should totally be able to wear what they want unless it's offensive…
