what does the @ thing do? does it send a notification? does the user getting @ get notified somehow?

I think so, but it always glitched so much that I never did it

I have no clue.

It’s typically meant to show response for something. There is also a setting in notebook.ai that makes you automatically follow discussions you are tagged in. I don’t know if it works though.

I’ll unfollow to test it out. @ me back in by clicking the list of possible names that pop up when you type it.

No. You clicked my name when it popped up, right? I have the setting turned on… Otherwise, it just doesn’t work.
