If food touches it must follow a specific set of rules in order for it to be acceptable. And it has to be good food. Pickles cannot touch anything though. Horrid.

One reason why I have problems eating restaurant dishes (especially Mexican ones) because the food touches 90% of the time

YES. That’s why I ALWAYS eat the same thing cause even if it does touch, it’s fine for me. I can literally list the order I have for EVERYWHERE.
