Also why can't I fall asleep without laying in bed for an hour?

Shit, this isn't normal?

@croccin-champagne

Hey Dr. Eris, I have a question for you about something that happened to me a while ago, but I never got a solid answer?

So it was last summer and I got these little bubbly pimple things that when I popped them oozed clear liquid and were all over my hands and fingers, and were SUPER itchy. I couldn’t not itch them.

Do… do you know why that happened or what they’re called? I’m afraid they’re gonna come back this year

did they disappear or move places at all?

Sounds like allergies.

Resist the pop and take meds– over the counters should work just fine. Soothing hand creams with aloe for itchiness. Drink water, water, water.

Also could have been a form of wart, but if they went away on their without any kind of medication, imma lean towards allergic reaction.

Dr. Eris, why do I keep shivering when I'm not really cold?
Also why can't I fall asleep without laying in bed for an hour?

Low blood sugar probably. Eat something with protein, drink some juice.

Aheh Ive been asking myself that for years.

Two EEGs and two sleep studies, and we still don't have a solution.

I saw this and thought wow in a few years, it'll be half your life, and then I thought wow you'll be thirty in five years and the thought gave me a mini crisis on your behalf

Don't worry I had a crisis on my own behalf last night as I was trying to fall asleep.
Not fun, lemme tell you that.
My future is my biggest fear.

Oh, Dr. Eris
What does standing up and seeing stars mean again? I can't remember, but it's been happening a lot recently. Also how do I fix it?

Ahhhhh well this could be a number of things actually–

Top two:

Low blood sugar. Eat anything other than toast. I know its good but you need some protein

Iron Deficient. Your body isnt making enough of the mineral naturally so you have a low blood cell count, which leads to dizziness and head rushes. (I also have this. It can be genetic. I see stars when the water in my shower is too hot. So much fun. Also why I'm super pale despite being fully hispanic) Consume red meats, green veggies, fish, legumes, eggs, nuts with your meals and you should level out. Its very common in teenage females.

This is very easy to get tested for, doc just needs to do a blood test. If it gets really bad, like you start passing out, go to a doctor as soon as you can. Its common, but still serious if it gets that bad.

@Pickles group

Ah would you look at that. Time for me to change my sheets in a fit of rage and other emotions. Yay? ah well, it needed to happen. Blood and stuff
