What would you recommend for dry/chapped lips?
Natural remedy or store bought?
FRISTLY–HYDRATE YOURSELF. First sign of dehydration is a sticky mouth and chapped lips
Oh, if we are on about medical stuff, Eris what is your advice to recurring stabbing pains inside the chest? The kind that feel like your lung is being stabbed..
Natural, cause I don't think I'll be going out anytime soon- and alrightttt

Where exactly? Left side? right side? When you inhale? exhale? Do you slouch? Is it constant or only when you so something?
dr eris thread looking real good these days~

Left side, both inhale and exhale, slouching is a big nope, and neither——it is completely random, but frequent

Hmmm– Okay. You want to put really hydrating creams and such on your lips.
Coconut oil–in its thicker semi-unmelted form
Avocado oil–this is on the expensive side and can taste a lil funky.
Aloe Vera– this is what I use almost daily (my anxiety makes me pick at my lips so they're always achey) is really smooth and light on your skin. Cooling too so it feels wonderful. I use the most natural form I can buy (or I have my cousins send me a shit ton from our family farm in Costa Rica), which is still in the leafy plant form, but you can buy it peeled (it looks like slimey jelly but its smells wonderful). It tastes fantastic too!
–One more thing about Aloe Vera. There is a product that they sell for cheap in stores, I think it's called After Sun by Banana Boat. It's green and meant to go on sunburns but it works great on lips to. Doesn't taste that great though. lol
If you don't have any of that or cant buy it– try a sugar scrub every other day. A simple recipe for one is 1 part granulated sugar to 1 part olive oil (or melted coconut oil), and any essential oil of your liking (lavender for me–or Lemon) mix it up and there you go! Gently scrub it all over your lips and leave on for about 5 mins and wash it off with your normal cleanser. Your lips should be lookin snatch within a few days.
Not really Dr advice but it works :)

Hmmm. Top of the chest towards the clavicle or bottom towards your stomach?

Both, not simultaneously though. It kind of alternates
That happened to me yesterday.
But that's because my chest was 90% bruises– I had a self harm relapse
My chest just does it. I will just be getting on with my day and then suddenly I will breathe and I'll freeze. Before I'm able to do anything about it, it triggers tears, and then I can't breathe which will cause me to cry even more, and I kind of just have to ride it out
Hm… That doesn't quite sound like asthma (at least, not my asthma), so… Do you bind? If so, how long on average?
I do not bind. Never have. And no, it isn't linked to my asthma because my doctor thought an inhaler would decrease the chances of the pain occurring but it keeps happening
Hmm… I'm not 100 on what it could be. If it were more centralized in a certain area I would say that you probably have a spasming/knotting muscle from either over use or just how you hold your stature.
But for the entire area–without an scan it would be hard to know what's going on.
Regardless, Try some stretches that focus on opening and releasing the muscles in the chest area. See if that helps.

Thank you, I will try.
Hot damn, trying to explain strict parents is frustrating
I can tell
I love my parents but trying to explain to my friends that I'm not actually allowed to do a lot is really annoying
